Most of us conservatives in CA are relatively powerless, except we can contribute to conservatives outside CA.
It looks like our choice for Govenator will be either Moonbeam or Megan. Neither will solve the states problems..both will make it worse. Brown will make it worse faster..so may be the best choice. The sooner the state runs our of credit rating and money, the sooner we have a chance of solving the problems.

Let it go to hell as fast as possible, it is the only cure for California.

It is the only way the lazy, selfish, me-first group of people that currently are the majority in California will wake up, with the possible exception of an actual Holy-Spirit led statewide Spiritual Revival that actually changes men's hearts and minds.

Maybe the falling apart of California might just lead to the Spiritual Revival of California.

Inafoe has guts as does Jim Demint, Michele Bachmann, Steve King, and there are others. Tom Coburn showed what he is made out of not only with this unnecessary comment about Pelosi but his behavior during the death care debate. He was stating that he would demand a line by line reading of the bill then folded like a cheap suit. He pulled a Stupak; holding people hostage by offering some semblance of a back-bone and then caved.

Finally, you do not, under any circumstances, break bread with an enemy...EVER

Simply being cordial is acceptable. He didn't have to go out of his way on this. And if you heard the tape of him, he is highly condescending to the audience and took an elitist position when they laughed after his remark. Talking to them as if they were children by saying "Now Now" she is a nice lady, have you ever met her?" Here we have a mortal enemy of the United States and the Constitution. She openly supports the demise of the Republic and he calls her nice? Pro-death, pro-homosexuality, pro-communism etc. You know why God has allowed this to happen? Coburn backed off on Obama at a crucial time during the Dem primary, after BO compared Coburn’s notion that abortionists might be subject to capital punishment ( presumably after legislation establishing the penalty and due process through the courts) to Bill Ayers’ bombing the Pentagon. He valued his “friendship” with BO too much to force the issue to Obama’s manner of thought and philosophy, allowing the cheap media spin that “He was a guy in the neighborhood who did bad things when I was 8 years old.” All too reminiscent of Jack Kemp’s “graciousness” in allowing Gore to tar Republicans as racist , while absolving Kemp as “one of the few” that wasn’t. “ Gee thanks, Al.”

I agree, but then it depends on how you define a "Nice" or "good" person. he interaction I described was purely on a surface or superficial level, knowing the way she conducts the business of government as I now do, I would never use the terms nice or good to describe her professional conduct.
