About 10 states should do it.

One state is all it takes to force his hand.

First concealed carry, then irresponsible undocumented worker laws, now this kookery. Arizona is turning out to be a hotbed of real right-wing kookery. And to think John “The Electable” McCain comes from there. It’s amazing they elected someone sensible like him and not a fellow kook like Warren Jeffs.

(OK, it is sarcasm, but I AM surprised no one has said it seriously.)

Does that not sound just like a narcissist? He’s bored already and ready for the next conquest.

I’m pretty certain of his narcissism. But I’m not sure of whether he’s a sociopath, yet.

The media cannot allow this to examined period, even obumber is found legit they will still be exposed for their deliberate cover-up.

And of course ''conservative'' pundits like BOR and GB who aggressively try to discredit ''birthers.'' Plus various and sundry politicians who stonewalled the issue and utterly failed in their constitutional duty.

“If you could end all of this by simply showing some papers, why don’t you?”

The answer to this is startlingly simple.

The issue of WHERE Obama was born is very similar to WHO he was born to, his heritage.

As long as the “Birther” issue is one that the MSM, liberal nose-ring lackeys, and various other sheep can MOCK, it is an effective smoke screen.

The issue of his place of birth is not relevant. Right now, because people even use the word BIRTH, it gets discounted instantly because of the mockery given his birth certificate.

Tie that to questioning his HERITAGE, and you get instantly labeled a Racist because he is half white half black.

So we have mockery and racism charges that the Birth certificate effectively acts as a SHIELD for the cretin.

The discussion must be shifted from BOTH, in order for the truth to become truly mainstream enough to force SCOTUS to deal with it.

It must be shifted to discussing the Presidents BRITISH HERITAGE, because it is THAT which disqualifies him from the office he has usurped. From the instant he was conceived, Barack Hussein Obama II could not have, under any circumstances, been born a Natural Born Citizen.

He could have been BORN in the Oval Office, and still the fact remains he had TWO citizenships. Which means, by definition, he would never ever be a Natural Born Citizen.

WE DO NOT HAVE A CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT AND GOVERNMENT.

THIS MUST BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.

EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD BE DEMANDING THAT OBAMA STEP OUT OF THAT OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. (Preferably in handcuffs, but I will settle for just getting a constitutional government back.)

He actually started in 2005 by co-sponsoring the senate resolution that stated McCain was an NBC.

The cretin, the bastard KNOWS he isn’t an NBC.

So do those who put him there. The LIKE his unconstitutionality, because this FREES them from the constrictions of the constitution. He presence BREAKS it. Don’t wonder for an instant why he and Congress are pushing blatantly unconstitutional legislation. We do not have a constitutional government.

If you could end all of this by simply showing some papers, why don't you?

Is there a venue that would satisfy the birthers? He could publish a photograph or scanned image, but we know that wouldn't be acceptable. He could have Polarik examine the original, but then the real man behind the nom de plume wouldn't know an authentic document from a forgery if he held it in his hands. He can't present his BC in court because no court has asked for it.

Showing his papers is not all that simple.

I'm not a birther--I think they're doing a lot of damage--but come on, he can't present his BC? Who said court--why not just have the original in the press room for examination, with a copy machine nearby so after personal inspection a reporter can see the copy made?

All of this could be done tomorrow, and the birthers would be shamed into silence.

I doubt it.

McCain wouldn’t be voting on this. This is an Arizona bill. McCain is a U.S. Senator, not a state senator.

BTW, how can anyone argue against full disclosure?? This bill would be equally applied to any candidate, not just the fraud currently in the White House.

What is to keep him from submitting the same COLB that has already been posted? Does the legislation actually require a “vault” original BC? Otherwise...it is a waste.

Secondly, the Bill needs to DEFINE what a NBC is as deemed by the State of Arizona. It needs to exclude anyone not born to both parents being U.S. citizens. That way it WOULD cause a legal fight that would make it to the SCOTUS and finally be decided. They may not rule as I would like, but they would finally rule something rather that sit silent as is their custom.

It is certainly distracting enough that he and his handlers must organize legal defenses and expend time preparing for and arguing in court.

I doubt there is much more to preparing a response then filling in the date, and title of the case. Certainly there ain't much time spent arguing in court since none of the suits have gotten past standing.

The odds that Obama submits his alleged COLB is pretty slim. He could have submitted to a court of law by now, but has refused to do so. The state of Hawaii refuses to confirm it is real, and more specifically they refuse to confirm the certificate number as photographed by factlack dot org is real. If it doesn’t pass the smell test, Obama will need to submit something much more convincing.

You're on to something there.

Now the question is would the legislators of the State of Arizona be willing to pass a law that usurps the Constitutional role of the federal government?

Interesting to see what ahppens if this actually becomes the law in a few states. Even if it will be only, I guess, Red states that will put such a legislation on the books, what will president 0 do?

He'll show the Sec. of State his COLB, the same one he posted online, and then he'll be placed on the ballot.

Don't expect that to deter birthers, though. They'll continue with the bizarre conspiracy theories no matter what he does. Birtherism is a religion, and no amount of contrary evidence can convince the faithful that they are wrong.

It wouldn’t be a usurping per se. NBC has never been clearly defined....thus all the issues. The State simply fills a void neglected by the federal judiciary. IF persons don’t agree with Arizona’s interpretation, which they won’t, then it will eventually be heard and decided by the SCOTUS...even if they get it wrong...it will be decided.

The key, in my thinking, is to give the SCOTUS reason to act.

He already had a physical copy available for inspection at his campaign headquarters while he was running. The only people who bothered to go inspect it were staff from Factcheck.com, who photographed it and made the images available over the web.

If that didn't satisfy the birthers, why do you think making it available in the press room would? We'd be hearing complaints that the mainstream press (even Fox) is unreliable, just like we heard about Factcheck (despite the fact that the its principal financial supporter, Lenore Annenberg, endorsed McCain).

No doubt you’re right. But Onada must keep a staff on the look out for new eruptions all the time. As more credible folks demand birth proof, and as more people become angry with where The Marxist Onada is taking the country, I believe the challenges to his alleged citizenship will burgeon. I further believe that at some point Onada must face the challenge or get off the pot.

It won't, but it would make them just white noise.

The Factcheck situation probably caused more suspicion by the goofy way the Obama people handled it. Doing it as I described--with press from "friendly" media--would make this fade away to insignificance.

Yet they won't do it.
