Regarding your #2 answer, I must disagree with part of it. One Kenyan birth certificate was a forgery; the other does NOT have significant problems. NOT ONE ASPECT of it rules out the possible legitimacy of the document. If you want the full story, see this thread (and set aside a week for reading it):

I read that thread at the time, it links to the certificate that a prankster took credit for - the one signed by "EF Lavender." I believe you mean the other one, that Lucas Smith showed, the one with the footprint? However WND posted pictures of genuine Kenyan birth certificates from the era, and they don't look like the one with the footprint, either. And yes, there were several significant questions raised about this document.
