i had a drainage ditch that was deemed a wetland of special state (md) concern... and a 100 foot buffer that i was in non compliance with...

i asked if it was 50 feet on each side... and was told 100 ft on each side... i said it sounded like a 200 feet buffer...

this is out of hand.

The original was bad enough. Now they want to control every drop from your tap.

Honest to God, in any other nation these folks would be hog tied and hung from the nearest yard-arm.

This person should be on a November election focus alert. Kick his butt to the curb.

AKA “Jimmy Bikeshorts” here in MN.

(he loves pork for bike trails everywhere in MN)

So what of Minnesota’s delegation? The Pig’s Book searchable database on House members

(Senate will come later) shows the following:

http://www.cagw.org/reports/pig-book/2010/pork-database.html

District 1: Tim Walz (DFL)

13 earmarks worth $9.7 million

Lowlight: $200,000 for soybean genomics

District 2: John Kline (GOP)

NONE

District 3: Erik Paulsen (GOP)

9 earmarks worth $7.5 million

Lowlight: The fact that Paulsen would seek earmarks at all

District 4: Betty McCollum (DFL)

14 earmarks worth $8.7 million

Lowlight: $200,000 for a neighborhood development center

District 5: Keith Ellison (DFL)

18 earmarks worth $23 million

Lowlight: $150,000 to refurbish the Coe Mansion (whatever that is)

District 6: Michele Bachmann (GOP)

NONE

District 7: Collin Peterson (DFL)

10 earmarks worth $13.7 million

Lowlight: $550,000 for the Center for Rural Entrepreneurial Studies.

Aren’t entrepreneurs folks who create wealth WITHOUT government help?

District 8: Jimmy Bikeshorts Oberstar (DFL)

33 earmarks worth over $72 million

Lowlight: Oberstar’s blatant disregard for America’s future as evidenced by his relentless efforts to waste billions on his pet pork projects. This guy has no shame.

Rep. James Oberstar, D-Minn -— what a complete turd.
This is possibly very, very evil, dangerous, and all-encompassing legislation.’

That barely describes this kind of language.

EPA in accountable to no one. They are not elected. They have been running roughshod over the American public for years.

In the Western parts of the country, there are a vast number of stock ‘watering ponds’ which are fed with rain water & snowmelt that flows down the watershed. Take a rancher with 5000 acres of cattle and he has these ponds all over his land.
Under this kind of ruling, he would have no control over the use of the rain or snowmelt and would be unable to raise the cattle that support his family and feed the world.

The EPA is imbedded with people who believe in Earth FIrst & Wildlands Project.
They are determined to destroy America’s ranches & farms.

If YOU have a rain barrel on your property that catches the rain from your gutter/downspout and use it for your garden, you would no longer be able to do so.

They also do NOT want any of us to raise our own veggies, etc.

If you try to put in a diversion to keep your driveway from washing out, you will be under the EPA for permission to do so.

The government will attempt to put meters on peoples wells and charge them for the water”

They are already attempting that here in Nevada-—and Dirty Harry Reid is behind it all.

He is trying to tie up all the water in N Nevada so the Southern Nevada Water Authority can buy the water for Las Vegas. He intends to turn N Nevada into a dust bowl.

The money grants to build all the bike trails & paths in Madison have created a big problem.

The grant money requires that all the pathways are kept maintained at all times.

Have you any idea how difficult it is to plow the snow from these surfaces in the winter? Streets are not plowed, but the bike paths get priority.

This is scary that they think they should control all of the water. Is this how they will kill us off by not allowing us water?
