“requires police to determine whether a person is in the United States legally”
I thought it was just in the state legally?
Is there any media we can trust any longer?

Cool. Arizona's leading the way on a couple of fronts.
I hope we can expect to see several States follow suit...

This is excellent news on it’s own, but the entertainment value watching the left go crazy is an added bonus.
And they ARE going crazy about this.

Arizona will need to start immediately to figure out what it can do, legally, if the Federal Government attempts to over ride their new law. Obama will surely attempt to step in.

For those who are too young to know of it, doesn't federalism bring on a great feeling?
It's about d@mn time somebody took the bull by the horns!
Expect the lawsuits to be flying now however.

Illegals have already overtaken America and the only reason Obama is so against this is it will force his hand on illegal immigration. It is a sad day when the Democrats will sell Americas future for votes and their position. Any Republican doing the same thing is even worse. John McCain and his flip flop and Lindsey Graham pushing for this are traitors not only to the Republican Party but to real Americans as well. It is a fact White people in America have become an expendable commodity to politicians.

Here comes another budget impacting tsunami to California! Anyone care to guess where they will all be moving to now? 3 guesses and the first 2 don’t count!

I had thought AZ was too far gone, but kudos to them. They may be the first state to bring themselves back from the brink of elimination. California is way gone...New Mexico has tipped...Texas better get a hold of its britches before they find themselves with a socialist majority via illegal immigration.

Cool . . . does this mean if Obama goes to Arizona the LE can ask him for his papers?

I'm pretty darn sure a Federal judge will issue a stay upon the first complaint by a legal resident of hispanic origin.
The accusation will be racial discrimination...and the law will be tied up in the courts for YEARS.
