I rarely listen to sports radio or watch ESPN. I prefer the “less is more” approach and despise the obsession of what I call “first name-ification” of athletes. Some of these clowns who report sports are nothing more than cheerleaders.

I work with sports writers....every one that I know well is a liberal who thinks Bush they are smarter than right-wing religious conservatives.
The few conservatives that exist in the area are silent, they just keep their thoughts to themselves.
That changes this summer. I’m going to have fun!

Good question. I think it is simply because they are journalism majors who work in the media. Their “beat” is not a factor in shaping who they are.

I keep telling my conservative friends. BOYCOTT the NBA and the NFL. They hate YOU so why should you fund their sport and lifestyles.
