(D-N.Y.), Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) and Rep. Mike Castle (R-Del.) plan to unveil legislation to close campaign-finance loopholes opened by the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision. The legislation was written in consultation with the White House. Here are details that have been circulated to Democratic congressional staffers, and were obtained by POLITICO:

Vote the bastards OUT!!
Rebellion is brewing!!
They have no right to impose their will upon their federal overlords!
Those self-annointed power elite can’t stand a level playing field. They want Billions of Soros-type money in their campaigns while being stingy with Republican coffers. I agree - throw the S.A.P.s OUT!!!
The legislation was written in consultation with the White House.
Ah yes, the executive/legislative branch of government.
I remember three growing up but that was long ago in
an America far away.
“Silence the peasants!
They have no right to impose their will upon their federal overlords!”
There was a time when it was fashionable to talk about the (unwashed) masses. But today we bathe and use deodorant and just might have some Masters’ and maybe a PhD. here and there. At any rate, we’re not what we’re made out to be by the Self-Annointed-Power elites.
Unlike the cliche of the nineteenth century, we have many avid readers and people who think for themselves, ending up more knowledgeable than some college graduates
And, as Thomas Sowell points out, the S.A.P.s have maybe 1% of the knowledge out there but we the people have, collectively, the other 99% in our experience and training.
These are the type of people that will tell you, “know your place and stay there”, also known as “know your place, shut your face and stay in your place”.
The elitist can go to h3!! as far as I am concerned.
I have gotten to the point where I don’t want to see any further legislation of any kind emanating from this democratic clown show called the legislative branch. I don’t care what it is.
Its’ almost as if they noticed that they can just pass whatever they want despite the electorate and have kicked it into overdrive.
How many finance reform laws do we have to have for crying out loud?
Keep going, Castle. I swear this guy is out to p*ss off every Conservative he can. Good luck in the primary; you’ll need it.
