Jon Stewart, the host of Comedy Central's Daily Show, has been not-so-quietly waging war with Fox News for years -- and recently he's been turning up the heat. His most recent battle with the News Corp. (NWS)-owned network hinged on an airing of Fox & Friends, which two weeks ago asked (more than once) whether the crescent-moon shaped logo that the White House used during a nuclear security summit was some sort of Islamic image.
As the New York Times recently reported, Stewart had his staff call the White House to ask just that, and lo and behold, discovered that there were no Islamic ties after all. In fact, the White House told the Daily Show staffers that the image was based on the Rutherford-Bohr model of the atom. Of course, Stewart proudly reported this news on his show on April 14.

Thanks.
Looks like Goldberg won the second round ;-)
Jon Stewart, huh? What channel is he on?
And Stewart milked that for two shows.
Is ay “JON STEWART” embaressed and Humiliated by his “REAL JEWISH NAME?” Gay JON is One Sick Demented Dude!
The Rutherford-Bohr model of the atom and the Nuclear Security Summit logo.
Objectively you could note that the Rutherford-Bohr model depicts complete orbits. The nuclear summit logo does not, leaving the observer viewing a crescent.
Also, in the nuke summit logo, why is the orbit depicted thicker in the center of its mass and thinner in both the leading and trailing edges, which certainly appears to accentuate the crescent shape.
Intent, or no intent isnt going to be proven, just observations and opinions.
“Sorta like the brains of his Kool-Aid drinking devotees! “
No difference ;-)
Jon Stewart is just trying to impress his heart-throb Bill Maher, trying to get a gig on HBO.

Just curious, but who is the offical Obummer artist?
By no stretch of the imagination is that a depiction based on the Bohr model of an atom. Stewart is obviously good at parroting, but not much else.
Code language to Iran, I got your back hommies.
It’s the trick that lefties use with Rush, Glenn Beck or any other conservative whose ratings they could only dream of.
Obviously, his fans are too stupid to figure it out without someone like Stewart to tell them who to like, and who not to. That has to be the height of stupidity.
The PRIMARY source of news for 20-25% of American males under 24 is THE DAILY SHOW...
Scary, isn’t it?
In fact, the White House told the Daily Show staffers that the image was based on the Rutherford-Bohr model of the atom>>>>>>>>>>
They dazzled them with their bullshit. I’ll bet those liberal arts majors never even heard of Nils Bohr. I know Rutherford too. He was an early discoverer/theorist of nuclear radiation
Never mind the Bohr atom invention was found to be COMPLETELY false and unworkable. But then, maybe that’s why Hussein is so interested in it!
Jon Stewart is a no-talent boob who has been FORCED down our throats for years.
This guy failed at EVERYTHING he did for years and yet, the entertainment industry always fell all over themselves trying to find him another job. He was a LOUSY former stand-up comedian, he FAILED at his first television show (Short Attention Span Theater), FAILED at his next show (You Wrote It, You Watch It), FAILED at The Jon Stewart Show; he sucked on HBO’s The Larry Sanders Show and in various b-movies that he did along the way. And yet, guys like Howard Stern and Don Imus STILL shilled for him like he was the second coming of the Messiah.
I say this with all sincerity and with expectations of being attacked, but I truly believe this: If Jon Stewart wasn’t Jewish, we would have never even heard of the guy.
Any fan of Stewart (and therefore Obama) has a lot of nerve calling other people stupid.
Gosh. I must have missed when that rule was handed down. </sarcasm>
On a related note, Job Stewart also reports that the Obama administration says that Muslim beheadings are setting the stage for advancements in Otolaryngological surgery.
I think that Fox should completely ignore him.
