Former ACORN president Bertha Lewis must have been in a foul mood last month. Once the queen bee of the community organizing left, Lewis had watched ACORN come crashing down around her, destroyed by two young college students with a video camera. Her eyes smoldering, Lewis took to the podium at a Democratic Socialists of America gathering and lit into the Tea Parties of late.
"This is not rhetoric or hyperbole -- this is real," she thundered. "This rise of this Tea Party so-called movement -- bowel movement in my estimation -- and this blatant uncovering and ripping off the mask of racism."

In fairness, there's been plenty of derision from conservatives directed at, say, anti-war demonstrators during the Bush years.
Hmmmmm, when have one of the commies from the enemedia ever made a statement "in fairness" in one of their diatribes? There are reasons we continue to lose the PR battle.

Yes, I did. What I did not see was any logical reason for SWAT to ushered out as a show of force. The last time I saw the SWAT team was in March 2008 at a recruiting station on 13th street -- 6 blocks from the WH. There were approximately 200 far left-wing, anti-war maniacal nut jobs marching in the street and throwing red paint bombs at the recruiting station, also hitting the police force and the FReepers standing behind them.

Instead of knowing that families/individuals make it here incrementally, they want instant gratification for free.
Note to them --> No one makes it up the ladder without paying the price for success.
e.g. my LEGAL immigrant parents had 7 children... we all worked hard to get scholarships and completed college.
my parents have 12 grandchildren ... 10 of them have completed college... 2 are presently in college
every family member helped/helps with education costs
and all of those who graduated have jobs
now... there are 6 great grandchildren to educate
only 2 are in private elementary school... we all chip in to help their parents pay for the cost
trolls who visit this forum ... that's how success happens in this country... unless your Bill Gates or Oprah who in addition to their brains and talent had alot of sh*t house luck
and don't be jealous of them because they most likely paid a high price for their absolute success...

It drives the Left crazy that the Tea Party protesters don’t have a leader. No one is telling us what to do. We are all coming to the same conclusions BY OURSELVES!

I have lately observed a marked increase in something that socialist, liberals, progressives, and a great number of Democrats do routinely.
They spend more time trying to be clever with words than they spend facing reality. They believe that clever words provide permission to ignore the reality of the facts.
Libs took the election of Obama on false premises. They thought the election of The Great Spreader finally dealt a death blow to conservatism. “We’re all socialists now” as Newspeak crowed, so on and so forth. But now there are loud voices from the hinterland firmly disagreeing with that scenario, and the sundry east and west coast libs are beside themselves in anger and astonishment at this enfrontery. “What is wrong with you flyover people, don’t you know Obama is doing this (socializing America) for your own good?” they squawk. Their socialist dreams being dashed, the only thing left for the left to do is lash out. As usual.
