I beg to differ - I am continuously reading in-depth stories and investigative reports regarding Palin, Bush, Romney, RNC, anti abortion groups, etc. Trust me, the Press “Corpse”
continue to be very investigative. Remember when RUSH was hounded on the “illegal prescriptions” deal, I heard about that on every newscast for weeks on end!!!

I agree, if in fact Obama is not legally eligible he needs to be removed ASAP. I believe that is unlikely to happen at this point. The reason is that all of the elected officials from the US House and Senate, state governments and everyone else in a law enforcement capacity who has taken and sworn the Constitutional oath should have acted on this before now. They all can now be considered complicit in the Obama eligibility fraud/cover up. Their none action now has reached the point of self incrimination for everyone them. The only hope of our constitution guarantees of equal justice under US law is for the military to seize power or for an all out revolt by the US citizens. Otherwise we are stuck with the situation as we watch Obama and the rest in DC continue taking this country’s security, financial well being and our liberties to ruin.
So it is personal for you. Disregard the facts and go with the emotional appeal.
Ditto that. Unfortunately what should be a simple argument or case has become a plethora of conspiracies with clowns taking all the media attention.
I would like to see more states changing their laws for candidates to get on the ballot. Arizona was partly on the way until they got derailed by their immigration enforcement law.
We know you have tried but can't debate it without looking foolish. Sorry about your kid, but he is not an NBC, which will probably become clearer even to you before he is of age. And even if it was somehow decided he was an NBC I doubt after Obama there will be any future presidents who have foreign ties.

When the US court system along with the Supreme Court is 'Evading' the issue, the swearing in doesn't mean squat...especially to Obama. Obama does not uphold the US Constitution; he is 180 degrees the polar opposite to the law of the land.

And Genoa, since foreign aid comes from TAX DOLLARS, do we not have a right to know if he did attempt to escape costs at occidental college, or even columbia by FAKING the need for FOREIGN MONEY as a FOREIGN STUDENT? (I say faking since he claims he is by birth certificate a citizen and/or his lawyers claim this since they have spent over two million trying to prove uhbama's case, lol) .
If barry soetero uhbama LIED and took money that belonged to FOREIGN STUDENTS, we need to know about it so that we can boot his half white ass out of our White House. And if he took the foreign money because he was entitled to it because he WAS A FOREIGN STUDENT, then by gosh we will be booting him out IMMEDIATELY!
It is a cryin shame that the first black person we got to have as the President of our beloved nation had to be a man of zero character and zero love our our country with zero qualifications to handle the job. It is a cryin shame. Total bummer. Buckwheat could have done better.
It's always come down to the question of how? ... that's all the argument has ever been here... nothing more and nothing less.
And the issue has somewhat "divided" into two sub-categories, too. One category has been to "see the birth certificate" and the second category is his "natural born status" per his father's citizenship.
The first category has been totally unsuccesful in seeing the birth certificate (which I've asked for, prior to the election, but saw that fail). That's why I have always said that the solution for the first category is to make it a state law to require a candidate's birth certificate to be shown, or else he cannot be on the ballot. That's a "structural way" to definitely get the birth certificate out in public -- guaranteed, 100%.
However, I don't think the real issue with Obama's qualifications per the Constitution is going to be solved by seeing the birth certificate. I think all that anyone is going to see is that Obama was born in Hawaii and that his father was not a citizen of the U.S. at the time he was born.
So, that brings up the second category (of this overall issue) -- that "natural born status" of Obama, given that his father was not a U.S. citizen at the time Obama was born.
To me, that's been the "crux of the issue" all along.
And that brings me right back to the "how" question. I've said in several posts that the "how" would have to be -- some case brought before the court, in which you know either side would not "give up" and would thus "appeal" the case -- and therefore, it would be appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court, for a decision on that court case.
That's the "how" of the matter as I see it. But, I don't look at that particular "how" -- to be very comforting or reassuring or likely to succeed in getting Obama out of office. For one thing, one doesn't even know if the Supreme Court will even "hear" such a case. They should..., but one just doesn't know.
Remember, I believe that not a single person here (who is a FReeper) wants to keep Obama in office, the only real question is how to get him out of office.
I've posted recently that from my viewpoint it will take two things to get Obama out of office. One is getting that state law passed that requires a candidate to show his birth certificate or else he cannot be on the ballot in that state.
The second is to "vote him out of office" -- because I don't see a Supreme Court decision coming sooner than the next Presidential Election arrives. So, I expect to see the next Presidential Election as the next opportunity to get Obama out of office.
BUT, if someone else has some methodology to do that sooner, then they better get to working mighty fast, because the next Presidential Election is not going to be that far away. I believe "campaigning" for it -- will begin in maybe 12 months from now, with "candidates" who are undeclared (but you know they're "running") doing so right now.
Maybe we could find a SOS to sue the dems and bo for fraud, the only thing that can happen is SCOTUS getting the case, they are going to have to settle this someday.
