One of the constitutional requirements for the office of the presidency is that he be a "natural born citizen." This was put into place by the founders to keep foreigners or persons who do not bear a non-questionable allegiance to the US Constitution out. Obviously, and admittedly Barack Hussein Obama was born to a foreign citizen and is not 100% American. He's half-American, half-African and all Marxist. He obviously bears no allegiance whatsoever to the US Constitution and is working overtime to destroy it. He's a usurper and should be removed from office. He is exactly the kind of fraud/usurper the founders feared.

I completely agree, Jim. It is a shame that not one single judge or elected rep of the citizens of this country will put the question to this OBVIOUS and ADMITTED ineligible imposter.
His willingness to demagogue for the illegal aliens seems symptomatic of his NOT being 100% American.
Doesn’t that seem to be precisely why the Constitution has a special citizenship requirment?
And isn’t that why the hiding of his birth records is so problematic?

Sadly, this whole birth certificate issue, while it will not go away, is totally ignored by the State-Rum MSM. Unless, or until, the State-Run MSM gives the story and the investigations legs, it will never, ever see the light of day. Only way this would be a BIG story is if it were to involved Bush, Cheney, Reagan, Palin, Romney, etc. You see where I am going?

I pray that the Military Judge and the Court-Martial Panel of the colonel’s peers have the morage courage and conviction to honor any request for “Discovery” regarding the Usurper’s vital records, ALL OF THEM!
My son was born in San Diego, California at Balboa Naval Hospital. His mother is a foreign citizen. My son is 100% American and in 34 years, 3 months, he'll be eligible to run for president of the United States.
He is clearly not eligible to hold the office he occupies. He needs to go back to Chicago.

He needs to be convicted and sentenced. And then, back to Kenya or Indonesia, whichever he is a citizen of.
What we have is an enforcement issue.
The federal government has abrogated it's duty to enforce this constitutional requirement just as it has so many others.
That duty now has to fall to the states to enforce it, just as AZ has had to enforce the border security, which responsibility the states had constitutionally delegated to the federal government.
When the states require proof of citizenship before placing a candidate on the ballot, this problem goes away. To borrow a phrase from the left and paraphrase it - think nationally, act locally.

There was a time a man of his politics and inexperience would never been given any consideration for dog catcher much less the highest office in the land.
What liberalism has done to the nation through it's policies and its infiltration of every aspect of our lives is simply amazing.
Obama is the penultimate result of what has been done to this nation by a small but powerful group of it's own "citizens" who despise everything the nation has stood for and ironically the very thing that allowed them to reach any power in the first place.
Well, Obama is not. He was born a half-African and Muslem and was taken to live and be raised in a foreign nation as a citizen of another country. He was not intended to be an American citizen.
Need TWO citizen parents, just like john mccain.
