Phillies Fan Tased on The Field

You can see in the video that he is running around being disruptive, but does not appear to be threatening anyone.

Excessive force?

He would have gotten the “Full Treatment”

Tased, then while on the ground, Peppersprayed and then roughed up a bit (EG knees to the back, a few face to the ground movements, ect).
He did get charged with assault on a police officer.

Let me guess. You also like to watch people with electrodes taped to their chest, and people getting herded into a train car with cattle prods.

Back in the civilized world though, most people consider electro-shock torture to be an inherently barbaric practice, and for a good reason. It's the same reason we don't use guillotines, stockades, and drawing & quartering anymore.
