Gibbs gives it to Fox reporter

As a Fox reporter brings up criticism likening the administration's response to [the Gulf oil spill] to President Bush's reaction to Hurricane Katrina, Gibbs launches into a tirade on Fox News for bringing former FEMA Director Michael Brown on the air to discuss the accusation that the Obama White House purposefully leaked the oil to walk back environmental and offshore drilling policies.

"You should call headquarters, my friend," Gibbs says to the Fox reporter, asking him to talk with the person who decides which guests to book. "Your network put on the former FEMA director to make an accusation that the well had been purposely set off in order to change an offshore drilling decision." (4:39 p.m.)

Gibbs challenged Fox News for airing an interview with former FEMA Director Michael Brown.

Gibbs criticized Fox for not challenging Brown’s assertion that President Obama is happy about the BP spill.

Brown suggested that Obama is pleased because the mess could lead to the demise of offshore oil drilling.

******

I guess the truth sometimes hurts, hey Gibbs.

There is a very strong possibility that it did indeed happen that way. Wouldn't put anything past he Kenyan Marxist and his Chicago gangsters. This could be the Reichstag fire all over again.

How does that one go about the ‘goose and the gander?’ If he and his Leader can’t stand the heat they need to get out of the kitchen.

Drilling expansion dead in US Congress -Sen Nelson

Plans by U.S. President Barack Obama to expand oil drilling off the eastern coast of the United States are “dead on arrival” in Congress after the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, Democratic Senator Bill Nelson said on Tuesday.

Nelson, of Florida, made the prediction to reporters at a news conference as BP Plc (BP.L) was struggling to stop oil gushing from a ruptured undersea well in the Gulf of Mexico.

Nelson and two other anti-drilling Democratic senators also called for a huge increase in the liability oil companies must pay to clean up environmental disasters.

Obama could have proceeded with some expanded drilling without Congress but the leak has forced him to suspend these plans pending a full review of the oil spill in the Gulf.

They spent so much time pointing out flaws in the Bush administration that they drew attention to their own techniques. Now, they can’t get away with the very things they accused Bush of doing.

Okay Gibbs....I'll play.

CLUE#1. The LARGEST donor to Barack Hussein Obama is [DRUMROLL]..... BP British Petroleum or Beyond Oil, or whatever the hell you want to call them.

CLUE#2. The limit of liability for BP written into the Contract regarding this rig is $75 MILLION.

CLUE#3. There was $787 BILLION slush fund given to the Obama Administration in the form of a Stimulus Bill...which also said they didn't have to divulge where all the funds went. Or TARP funds.

The point is that all you have to do is FOLLOW THE MONEY!

Having the Gulf economy destroyed helps whose cause? Capitalism? Or Socialism?
