SAN ANTONIO -- An 18-wheeler being loaded with fuel at a San Antonio refinery has exploded.

Television stations showed footage Wednesday of an enormous black plume spewing from the AGE Refining Inc. unit on the city's southeast side.

Refinery marketing director Jeff Morrow says the truck exploded late Wednesday morning at the facility that refines gas and jet fuel, but he had no other details.

San Antonio Fire Chief Charles Hood told KENS-TV that the fire had spread to the refining facility, and authorities were trying to assess whether neighbors should be evacuated.

Okay... TINFOIL HAT ALERT...

Didn’t a few FReepers discuss this very scenario back a couple years ago? How many foreign-born people are now truck drivers?
What if Johnny Jihad wanted to do some damage and he (or others) rigged a tanker truck full of fuel to explode at an important industrial OR highly populated area?

This is looking more suspicious by the minute.

This Refinery does not produce gasoline they primarily do jet fuel (big airfore customer) if you google their address 7811 South Presa San Antonio TX you will see this is right by Brooks AFB.

Oh, no! Now Obama will have to call out the troops and watch the tanker burn.

4? Try at LEAST 5$/gallon this summer. It’s already close to $4 in some areas.
