Should the display of an American flag be banned, even if a school administrator feels that display could lead to fights?
No. This is a lame decision. Teach the kids what the flag means, instead of banning it.
Yes. The safety of students comes first.
Not sure, but of all things to ban, the American flag would seem the least 'incendiary.'

Bad enough a noisy minority caused prayer to be banned from public schools. Now another minority wants to force banning of our flag?

One thing for sure, if the kids don’t learn about our Country and our Flag, you won’t have to worry about their safety. Eventually, they won’t exist.
Remember in the 90’s? “It’s for the children”!
All of a sudden during the Clinton regime, the children were all that mattered.
Now those children are old enough to vote. We have a bunch of spoiled brats who have been taught that whatever they want,they should have.
Just listen to some of these crummy commercials on tv. “You deserve better”...Get the income you deserve,..
It was all aboaut raising a generation who will be dependent on the govt to “give” them what “they deserve”.
Just listen to the garbage on tv and you will see why we are stuck with Obummer.
YES Ban and/or deport those who attack our flag. This is our Country not those welfare seekers and terrorists who seek to kill us from the inside. When the flag of our Country is attacked we are indeed at war - even if a CS school official started it.

What does the safety of chidren have to do with displaying the flag? I’m am fast becoming ashamed of this once great country.
A couple of years ago there was a survey of Newark, NJ schoolrooms.
No American flags. Puerto Rican flags instead.
