Tensions are rising at a California high school where five students were sent home for wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo.
A California high school principal has apologized for telling five students they couldn't wear U.S. flag shirts on Cinco de Mayo, the local superintendent said Friday.

The Asst. Principal isn’t white, so the Civil Rights Act protects him, unlike the white, American flag shirted students.
Liberalism has been the root of all the evils that have worked toward destroying America for over half a century (or perhaps for a whole century). My question is....do they really outnumber us? If not, why the HELL are they seemingly winning?????
Wake the hell up, people. We’re in a fight for our very lives now. This is what decades of complacency and apathy has gotten us. Getting along to get along ala RINOs has screwed the pooch for us all. We are now in a full-out war with the “enemy within”. If we lose this one, America as a free nation is doomed for generations to come, if not forever.

Actually a couple of the original 5 were part mexican. You're right about the American part though, all 5 are 100% American.
A mexican principal showing his loyality to Mexico by oppressing the Americans in American on behalf of his foreign pride. I think I have that right. Rubio, (R Mexico) would understand.
There is actually a California state law passed after 911 which guarantees that any individual in the state of California cannot be prohibited from flying the U.S. flag. It was passed because apartments and home associations were meddling with patriotic displays. One of the few decent things Gray Davis did in office. Assuming this includes shirts. Sad that we had to have a law for our own flag and constitutionally guaranteed freedoms, but cases like this are an example of why. What poor leadership from that principal. NEA - Teachers union communism? Plenty of U.S. flags flying around Fresno/ Clovis and a lot of them are on Hispanic homes.

But it was a Vice Principal who did it(started the fiasco), not the Principal. It’s the Vice Principal who needs to apologize and then resign without any severance pay.
Good Lord, don't wear an American flag t-shirt on St. Patrick's Day, Guy Fawkes Day, or, especially, Jamhuri Day.
