Mexico City – Mexican Senators and Deputies [Representatives] of all parties placed pins on their lapels with the message “NO SB 1070; in protest to the enactment of the “anti-immigrant” law in Arizona.

Wouldn't it be great to see OUR congress wearing pins that say 'NO MORE ILLEGAL ALIEN INVASION!!!

There is something really wrong when the government of a nation ACKNOWLEDGES that their people are fleeing their country, and would rather live ILLEGALLY outside their country than legally inside it and actually encourages them to do so.

Mexican immigration authorities in their southern border state of Chiapas began deportation proceedings against 21 foreigners arrested today on the Pan-American highway. The foreigners, being smuggled in a truck, were arrested at a checkpoint by Federal Police along with the Mexican driver. Of the 21 illegal aliens, 18 were Guatemalan and the other three were from India. The group had intended to cross Mexico and into the US.

What about the "rights of the undocumented?" I guess it doesn't matter when it's YOUR border being crossed, you smug pendejos!

I still want someone to explain to me how this law is “racist.”

First off, you already have to be apprehended for some sort of crime or violation to even be asked for your status. Secondly, since immigrants are FOREIGN by definition, of COURSE a white guy with no accent isn’t likely to be asked for proof of residency! Use your head, dumbasses.

You need a passport to travel to any foreign country, and those countries WILL ask you for it at times - how is this ANY different?

The Democrats want open borders because of the power it gives them. They don’t care about the national consequences.

Police Board Forms Guidelines For Immigration

PHOENIX — How police enforce the state’s upcoming immigration law is under development by the Arizona Peace Officer Standard and Training Board.

Organizing language, methods for a training program and guidelines for Arizona police officers will be required for police to enforce the new immigration law.

Senate Bill 1070 requires police officers to arrest those they believe are in this country illegally. Violators are subject to the misdemeanor offense of trespassing punishable by up to six months in jail and a $2,500 fine before deportation.

AZPOST executive director Lyle Mann said the board will meet the governor’s May 21 deadline to have the training program drafted and submitted to her office.

I also propose a “whistleblower tax credit.” No BS. If you turn in someone doing what you mention, you get a $1000 one-time tax credit.

Believe me, I know a *lot* of people that turn the other way when illegals are hired - but offer them a cool grand and they’ll squeal like a pig.

And it’s probably cheaper than hiring more INS agents.
