The director of the Congressional Budget Office said Tuesday that the health care reform legislation would cost, over the next ten years, $115 billion more than previously thought, bringing the total cost to more than $1 trillion.
The revised figure is due to estimated costs to federal agencies to implement the new health care reform bill such as administrative expenses for the Internal Revenue Services and the Department of Health and Human Services -- and the costs for a "variety of grant and other program spending for which specified funding levels for one or more years are provided in the act."

Another reason to defund this monstrosity.
Guaranteed, the CBO is still underestimating the real costs.
So now the REAL number starts trickling out rather than the number the Democrats told the CBO to release so they could force this thing through. Of course, the media lackeys will act like nothing is happening ...
We’re going to have to pay for free stuff? Who knew?
Only by a factor of 10 or so.
What a coven of liars we pay for in D.C.! The CBO should have no credibility after their wildly incorrect estimates of the cost of the vote-buying programs passed by Congress. We would be better served by deriving cost estimates from some drunk throwing darts at a dartboard.
Why in the h*&^ is ANYONE surprised?
Gee who would’ve ever thought...hah!
Just about everybody predicted this who were not drinking the Kool Aid.
My prediction is that this amount is still too low and that it will cost billions and billions more than even this!
The CBO has lost all credibility! No one will believe anything they say from now on just like nobody believes whatever the president says or what Hibbs says or what anybody from the administration says anymore. Pelosi, Reid and all the others are liars and scumbag politicians!
Healthcare Reform:
The greatest government hoax pulled on American citizens since the inception of the Republic
“The CBO has lost all credibility! “
The Nobel Prize committee has more credibility than the CBO these days.
Not unexpected for me because every time democrats are in control that type of thing is expected see democrat record.
