It’s all a conspiracy ("Birther" Hitpiece by Leftist Rag)

Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, signed legislation Wednesday that will allow state officials to ignore repeated requests for President Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Why? The state has been overwhelmed with requests for the document — the stack of queries through March measures 13 inches high — and the demand is burning up staff time.

It is amazing that more than a year after the president took office, the “birthers” are still alive and kicking, trying to prove that Obama wasn’t born in the United States and is thus ineligible to be president. Nevermind the proof that he was born in Hawaii, like his Hawaiian birth certificate. Birthers say it’s not the “legitimate” birth certificate, even though Hawaiian officials, including the Republican governor, say it is. The birthers also dismiss the fact that two Honolulu newspapers printed birth announcements shortly after he was born. Anyone, after all, could have submitted those announcements.

Why, James, COMPLICITY means an act associated with the commission of a crime or illegal activity. Republicrats are complicit all right.

At least, if 0b0z0 was born in HI and you say that’s enough to be eligible for POTUS, then what crime was committed by 0b0z0 for which “complicity” was required?

The “wrongful act” that Republicans were complicit in was not submitting any written objections to the certification of Barack Hussein Obama’s Electoral College votes at the Joint Session of Congress held to count and certify the election of the President of the United States.
The wrongful act that Barack Obama committed was not posting a copy of his original LONG FORM birth certificate to his “Fight the Smears” website instead of the short form Certification of Live Birth; in my humble opinion, of course! ;-)

For over a year now I’ve been calling for the Attorney General of Hawaii, Mark L Bennett (a Republican) to simply issue a subpoena for Obama’s original birth documents and conduct a Grand Jury investigation into Obama’s eligibility.

If the Attorney General subpoenas the record, there’s no permission needed from Obama and there’s no worry that the document that is released has been forged or altered by Obama operatives. It is the cleanest way to resolve the issue, in my humble opinion!

I have no idea what Obama’s school records look like but they were obviously good enough to get him into and graduating from Harvard Law School.

There was nothing the least bit “shameful” about the Swiftboaters’ effective and powerful political strategy that yielded excellent results. My point is that precisely because of that political strategy’s effectiveness, Barack Obama has been determined to not have the same thing happen to him; hence, NO potentially embarrassing personal disclosures.

Unlike Seizethecrap, I have enough respect for the intelligence and knowledge of the issues of people posting on this site to decide for themselves what the facts are.
I don’t think that any new or old FReepers need to be coddled in forming their own independent judgements of these issues.

Yes, and most of us on these eligibility threads see it. Jameses777 is an admitted paid Obot who has to argue from a position of weakness. If you are a salaried paid Obot, lying is something they have to do all the time without remorse. Dishonesty is their hallmark.

If this alone is true, his goose is cooked as POTUS! Legally speaking, 0b0z0 wouldn't be an American citizen without going through naturalization and would be an illegal alien by definition! In this case, naturalized or not, makes him ineligible for POTUS.

Last but not least, 0bagger and his communist crew are doing it to us all over again! Zeituni, his illegal alien aunt, was granted asylum after she was turned down 6 years ago. Moreover, to make things worse, an 0bama trademark was applied to boot. The WH claimed they had nothing to do with it, BUT they sealed that record too!

Voters will vote for the best looking candidate, the prettiest candidate, the youngest candidate, the oldest candidate, the candidate with the nicest name, the home state candidate, the candidate of the same religion, the candidte of the same ethnic group or race regardless of their political positions and that is the voters’ right living in a democratic-republic and there’s really nothing that can be done about that.
Communists still have the right to vote in the US. They usually get about 3,000 votes nationwide.

So, I guess the above means that you don’t want a subpoena issued for Obama’s birth records along with a criminal, not a civil investigation?

Would you really rather keep on losing civil lawsuits? The number is now up to 69 civil lawsuits against Obama’s eligibility that have been dismissed or denied on appeal including seven rejections at the US Supreme Court.
