SEIU Storms Private Residence, Terrorizes Teenage Son of Bank of America Exec

This was planned for some time by the SEIU as part of a larger national event, their Showdown on K Street, which was shared with National People’s Action and thousands of other activists from MoveOn.org and other left-wing groups.

Prior to the main event on K Street in Washington DC, SEIU and company made a little pit stop. According to Fortune magazine Washington editor Nina Easton, 14 busloads of riled up protesters unloaded on Baer’s private property and stormed up to his doorstep, while his teenage son was home alone. Easton is a neighbor of Baer’s and had called to check on her neighbor’s son when she heard and saw all the commotion outside. Easton writes,

“Waving signs denouncing bank “greed,” hordes of invaders poured out of 14 school buses, up Baer’s steps, and onto his front porch. As bullhorns rattled with stories of debtor calls and foreclosed homes, Baer’s teenage son Jack — alone in the house — locked himself in the bathroom. “When are they going to leave?” Jack pleaded when I called to check on him.

Baer, on his way home from a Little League game, parked his car around the corner, called the police, and made a quick calculation to leave his younger son behind while he tried to rescue his increasingly distressed teen. He made his way through a din of barked demands and insults from the activists who proudly “outed” him, and slipped through his front door.

“Excuse me,” Baer told his accusers, “I need to get into the house. I have a child who is alone in there and frightened.”

Imagine what you would have done if your child were inside that house and that mob was on your front lawn as you tried to reach him.

Had that been my home, 15-20 assh*les would have gone to the hospital with broken collarbones, crushed larynxes, dislocated elbows, ruptured medial collateral ligaments, popped eyeballs and shattered eardrums.

By then I would have been good and warmed up. There is no easier pickings than someone who knows more ways to cripple them than they know how to scream wading into an unruly mob and "shooting fish in a barrel."

I speak from the experience of having once ben set upon by a group of 18 goons with chains and clubs. I know there were at least that many, because that was how many required emergency hospital treatment and were still in casts/bandages/stitches two months later at their arraignment.

I had my shirt torn off my back, but was otherwise unscathed. A tightly packed mob, it turns out, has no opportunity to deliver concisely injurious blows (if you know what you're doing). Apparently, I do. When I left the courtroom after the arraignment, the State Police who responded to the call stood up and gave me an ovation. The Detective in charge came over and shook my hand.

It was nice, but nowhere near as gratifying as looking at those loser's faces with sick yellowish-green bruises still being absorbed back into the massively traumatized tissue.

This was back when Coke was sold in glass bottles, and I charged the advancing mob with an unopened quart. Pretty nasty... the first four were down for the count within 5 seconds, two with shattered orbital sockets. Sweet.

I’d like someone to identify the faces of these terrorists so that the favor may be returned .

Yep. WE should storm the houses of these thugs, shine the light on them and find out how much they are being paid. Actually, they should be put in prison for trespassing and harassment.

Herd mentality. Literally. Look at what the left does, categorizes any and all into "groups" then assigns special rights to those groups.

The INDIVIDUAL does not compute to these people as the INDIVIDUAL is RESPONSIBLE for themselves (or at least they should be; but that's another discussion).
The left; as I am sure you have notices; hold no one accountable for their own actions. Without the INDIVIDUAL failing from time to time, nothing is gained. With the left supporting "groups" at the expense of the INDIVIDUAL, they can continue playing these games.

Bottom line, the left is communist.

So, with a good 45, lots of ammo and a good position, how many cretins would it be possible to get before they ran away?

...guess all their permits to demonstrate were in order huh?
If not the mayor’s office should be hounded with calls about why the police were not there immediately.

they've imprisoned you in your own home--and that's a forcible crime of false imprisonment right there. Are going to wait until they actually look ready to torch the house?

Because you are not the county DA, you don't get to charge false imprisonment, and without that charge, you're not a "reasonable man". If the DA is a leftist (likely in urban and suburban areas), you are screwed, he won't charge the trespassers.

As far as waiting, you better, again a "reasonable man" would not fear for life until someone lit a torch (remember I mentioned "deadly weapon").

Leftist and jackboot courts regularly use the "reasonable man" administrative law to second guess your actions. If their definition of a "reasonable man" would not shoot, you're screwed.

However, once the door is broken or the torch thrown, no jury would believe a "reasonable man" would not fear for life.

Never believe the cops, prosecutors, or judges care a whit about you or your family, your only friend is the juror, if he is smart enough to get by the prosecutor.

"There is NO way they would have left a child in a house under those circumstances."

Unfortunately, all police are not as gallant as yours.

Mob rule.
Wonder if Obama had a hand in this? Starting to whip up the masses before November.

The only thing the police can be relied upon to do is shoot your dog.

Another thing....I want to see MSM all over this just as they were on the Tea Party members during the not-Healthcare vote.

Your average citizen....your average conservative.......has little to no knowledge of mob mentality....and probably no first-hand experience at all. The mob becomes a living organism, blind to anything but rage and destruction.

If the mob is on your porch and front yard and you turn on the sprinklers, it'll enrage them and they'll tear out the system along with every blade of grass. Turn a dog on them, they'll kill it.

The only line of defense for John Q. is the local gendarmes.....and though they may be on the side of the beleaguered householders, the law has emasculated them so much that they are almost powerless in preventing something bad happening to you and your property.

Prevention and writing tickets/making arrests after an incident are two different things. The latter is about all you can count on.

No question about it, I'd have come back out of the house firing into the crowd.

Mess with me all you want, mess with my kids and the gloves come off.

One of these days, this will happen someone will get Mr. Remington 870 or Miss Ruger Mini-14 and end up paying the price. If they are threatening any lives, they deserve it but the day it happens, all Hell will be let loose. These people are “crusin’ for a bruisin’” This is not good.

would it be legal to open your front door, fire off a round from your 12 gauge into the air and then tell the crowd ANY trespasser will be shot ?

Heh, either that or if you can make an ultrasonic pain field generator, I remember seeing plans for those back in the 1970's in electronics magazines when I was a kid.

I’m sorry I wish I could explain why they hate success sooooo much, but all I can say is that the richest people I know are the absolute most liberal. And they are self made in the retail business in NYC.
They even went to Kent State to “put their money where their mouth is” and register students to vote for Obama. They think the unions are for the little guy and anyone who speaks negatively about the unions is a bigot and a racist et al.
BUT are their employees union? God forbid. Do their employees get benefits? No way. Do they go through employees like crazy? Yes they do, and every single one of them has “ripped them off”.
