An assistant principal at a Florida middle school sent a topless photo of herself to a 14-year-old boy, police say. Lauren Shreve Tilo, a 30-year-old assistant principal at Middleton High School in Tampa, allegedly sent a cell phone picture of her breasts to the teenager on May 7 after meeting him while playing the popular online game World of Warcraft, MyFoxTampaBay.com reports. Tilo and the boy were initially just friends before they began exchanging text messages about "conducting sexual acts to one another," according to an arrest report filed in Manatee County, where deputies say they learned of the allegations when the unidentified boy told his guidance counselor. Students at Middleton High School said they were stunned by the allegations against Tilo. "She was always encouraging me," senior Tabitha Williams told MyFoxTampaBay.com. "And she taught me a lot of stuff. If it is true, I don't know [what] to think. I wouldn't be able to deal with it, I don't think." Linda Cobbe, a spokeswoman for the Hillsborough County School District, said officials have no indication that Tilo had any similar relationship with students at Middleton. "It concerns us anytime any teacher does anything against the law, but when an adult teacher has this type of interaction with a teenager, it's an additional concern," Cobbe said.

Some women enjoy corrupting boys, it would appear. But I have to feel sorry for them. When I see young adults today it's clear to me they have a nearly universal inability to attain maturity. The maturity level of a 23 year old today is about that of a 14 year old in previous generations. And for that matter, as I see more and more nearly middle-aged men wearing their caps backwards and their pants below their arses, and mothers walking with their teen daughters dressed in the same clothing, including the mutual sporting of tattoos, it appears they'll never grow up at all. In America today it's all about body and skin, and rarely goes any deeper than that. We can thank liberalism for all this garbage.

Unfortunately, nobody seems to have taught senior Tabitha Williams to speak a coherent sentence.
I don’t think you can classify an assistant principal as a teacher. She may have once been a teacher but I would classify an assistant principal as management which in my mind makes this a bit more troubling.
The management aspect brings in to question the judgment of the school board and district superintendent in selection of management staff.
I’d say rosacea offhand. Hopefully she placed a bag over her head before taking the photo of her boobs.

Based upon the credibility of this witness, I find the defendant...GUILTY!!
I don’t know about you guys, but the junior high and high school I went to was awash with rumors about certain student-teacher relationships. It was all very hush-hush, and way before this iPhone era. Some 14 year olds can appear to be—and some, in fact, are—sexually wise beyond their years, and it is the responsibility of the adult to see through it and avoid contact.
Tilo began teaching English and Advanced Placement literature at Middleton in 2003 and was promoted to assistant principal in September. She has been suspended with pay pending disciplinary proceedings.
Ah hah! Among my other faults I write science fiction. Academic literature types and their phony standards are public enemy #1 in the SF world. Lit teachers are their foot-soldiers.
Most of these people could not write a decent recipe but they turn their noses up at our work for no better reason than that real people actually like to read it.

I used to think that for some people appearances were more important than character. Now I know it to be true. It's sad, really. Sad for them as individuals, and us as a culture.
