Obama To Be A No Show At Memorial Day Ceremony
KGO Radio | 5/25/2010 | me

Posted on 05/25/2010 10:32:37 AM PDT by muleskinner

Obama will be on vacation in Chicago this Memorial Day, instead of presiding over Memorial Day ceremonies at Arlington. This may be the first time since the Civil War that a president will not pay respect to the veterans passed.

Look at the disgust on their faces. A very telling picture.

Personally I would rather not see ANY demoRAT at any Memorial Day service, but most of all, I do not want to see the chief RAT bastard commie pig usurper POS 0bozo at any Memorial Day service. I hate to see that contrived look of sorrow when in fact the sonofabitch 0bozo doesn’t give a RAT’s ass about any military service or sacrifice for our country. God help our nation and forgive us for somehow allowing this foreign kenyan POS to somehow rise to the top. I hope that 0bozo and the devious RATS who masterminded this coup d’tat will roast in torment & agony forever in Hell, which will be cast into the Lake of Fire along with the Devil & his angels.

I’m glad he’s not going. His presence only besmirches their honor.

“This is merely one more opportunity for him to display that contempt. “

Exactly.

When our troops had a real Commander in Chief, and our country had a real President.

Thanks for posting that photo, Kaslin.

President Bush's speeches on Memorial Day were always meaningful and moving. I couldn't stomach watching an arrogant fraud speak anyway.

Let him golf.

Honestly, I’m glad. Why? It’s tradition for the President to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns. I don’t want this cowardly asshat’s shoes anywhere near the Tomb, so he can’t taint the memory of our brave soldiers.

I disagree - even my moderate democrat friends expressed displeasure with this when I shared it...

What he does have is limitless contempt for America and those who have died to establish and defend it

Exactly!

See post 23. Every time except once when Bush was paying respect to the US war dead in Normandy, France.

Just as I figured. He doesn’t give a damn about the military anyway. I only wish we in the military could state our true opinions of him without getting in trouble.

I would simply say he is a piece of crap, socialist who hates America and is most likely not eligible to hold the office. He has also violated his oath and done things that are contrary to the constitution. But I’m not allowed so nevermind.

See post #23 above...President Bush (George W.) was absent once because he was in Europe, but he did visit the American Cemetery in Normandy.

Thanks. I had forgotten about that.

If a president isn't going to be at Arlington for Memorial Day, I can't think of a more appropriate place for him to be than at the Normandy cemetery.

dead people don’t vote

Of course they do. How did the communists win previous elections with super majorities? They ACORNed it.
