Today, we are living under a culture of self-censorship when it comes to Islam. We saw it with the recent censorship of the South Park cartoon. Yale university censored a book that was published on the Muhammad cartoons. Islamic Sharia law forbids mockery of Islam and its prophet. But that is only supposed to apply in Islamic nations, not in America, right? Aren't we supposed to be the land of the free, and of the first ammendment?
During the 1979 Iranian hostage crisis, Saturday Night Live and other TV shows mocked radical Muslims. Muslims were so few in America at that time, nobody made an issue of it. In those days, America was a free country. But, today, the presence of large number of Muslims in America has caused America to live under Sharia, without Americans being aware of it. Media reports from Minnesotta say that some Muslim cab drivers refuse to allow people who are carrying alcohol into their cabs. Some airports and universities are constructing foot baths for Muslims to wash before their prayers, and the ACLU is not doing anything to prevent religion being brought into public places.
For Sharia law to arrive in a society, all you need is to have Muslims present in that society. Muslims demand special rights, accomodation, and special treatment, and that is how the laws come into place. Sharia laws become an established custom, before laws are formally passed establishing Sharia. Americans do not realize it, but we are already living under a mild version of Sharia law in America.
Yes, I wonder...why..Jesus can be debunked and Mohammed is safe and sure.

It is closing in on us more so every day and hardly anyone is paying attention or cares.

When the Islam scholar, Dr. Daniel Pipes, speaks at American universities, he needs bodyguards. It is worse in Europe. Geert Wilders, a Dutch member of parliament, needs 24 hour protection by bodyguards in his own country. If American and European critics of Islam are not free in their own countries, how can we say we do not have Sharia. Enforcement of Sharia law is done by violence, or threats of violence, by Muslims.

If you talk to a number of people on the Religion forum, the problem appears to be Mormons, not Muslims.
Mohammed is dead and burning in Hell. Jesus is alive and in Heaven, ruling at the right hand of the Father and is coming soon for his people.

I don’t hardly see it that way. The first people he spoke to were the Muslims. He is a closet Muslim. Hidden from the American people, by a complicit media. Why did Katie Couric buy her daughters Islamic alarm clocks for college???
We’re not under sharia law...yet.
It’s not illegal to mock Islam, or Mohammed. No laws are being broken. Yet.
We, or some of us, are self-censoring, under threats of violence and death, and for political correctness.
If South Park lampoons Jesus - as it has - they did not get death threats from the Christian community, nor did they break any laws. This is thanks to Larry Flynt and his landmark case over censorship.
When laws are written and passed by our Congress and signed by our President outlawing the mocking of Mohammed - or even just showing a representation of him - then we can consider us under partial sharia law.
If that's true, why are one and a half billion Muslims not trying to kill him, as they are required to by the Koran and the commands of Allah and his prophet Muhammed (piss be upon him)?? Riddle me that, Batman.

Oh, I never wonder why at all. I KNOW why. Satan is known as the prince of the power of the air (and that includes the airwaves on which all of our media travel). He hates Jesus Christ who one and for all sealed our salvation. He knows where he will go one day - I really do think he knows his fate - so in true form, he’s going to take as many down with him as he can. Thus, Satan will do whatever he can to mock and malign our Lord and the true followers of Christ. The religion that Satan created - Islam - is going to continue to grow, as many unwitting fools are doing Satan’s work for him.
