There was once a time - and not so very long ago - when even the suggestion that the flag be banned in classrooms would have resulted in a public flogging - at least verbally, if not actually.
I repeat, the nation is doomed - SEIU or not.

When I was in school, there was a flag in every room, and we pledged allegiance to it every morning.

I actually thought the flag was removed from government classrooms years ago.
