With any luck, the DC liberals will not have killed off their host state of Virginia yet. I would like to invade Virginia and fight on the behalf of the Conservative faction in the Commonwealth and help save her from the DC libs.
An unloaded gun is not worth much, so just talking theoretically here, I would much rather not have to hit a perp with the bare knuckles if I had the option of pistol-whipping him with the barrel of a 36 oz semi-auto.
Getting smashed in the noggin with a wildly flailed pistol barrel really gets your attention, and sometimes, a nice long nap.

I live in Yuba City an hour north of Sacramento.
Yesterday at the sandwich shop, somebody came in open carrying a semi-auto. Didn’t look like a cop, but who knows.
Today at the Mexican restaurant, two plain clothes cops in wearing dress shirts and ties but no jackets, came in open carrying firearms.
Man, I just love seeing people carrying firearms in the wild!

The voters, well not me specifically, but the brain dead libs are getting the exact government they deserve - incompetent, petty, arrogant, elitist.

I’m with you on the “hurt badly”. I used to be a pretty happy guy and I have a good life. Not idyllic, but good. I am finding it impossible to be happy because of my belief that America is heading inevitably and irretrievably into socialist totalitarian tyranny. Not overnight mind you. But when I think of future generations of kids having less and less and less freedom, and more goverment rules and regulations and laws and taxes and requirements, I just feel sad knowing that my generation dropped the ball and allowed this to happen.
I want to fight back and prevent this from happening, but the organized Socialists and their unemployed freeloader minions keep winning the battles, while we Conservatives are working our butts off trying to make end meet, get ahead, get a little security, and enjoy our little luxuries.
I am very grateful for Obama and the current administration, with Pelosi and Reed. Never in my lifetime have the Socialists so over-reached and tipped their hand. They are really waking the sheeple. It is really happening.
I guess my sadness comes from my belief that there are not enough sheeple to make a difference. Even if we wake all of the sheeple, the numbers of entitlement freeloaders and those who pay no income taxes, is reaching a tipping point of no return where their number of voters is more than our number of voters. That is the basis for my fear that we are heading inevitably toward totalitarian socialism.
Now, if I am wrong and if the numbers of waking sheeple are sufficiently large, we could see a massive voter revolt in America that sets the socialists back decades and halts or slows this inevitable race toward socialism.
My one chance for happiness will depend on the size of the group of waking sheeple. If they seem big enough to halt our race toward socialism, and even if govenrment doesn’t shrink or restore our numerous lost rights, if they at least demand no additional socialist measures (repeal Obamacare, foil Cap and Tax, foil amnesty for illegals, etc.) then I have a chance to be happy once again.
I have to thank Obama, Read and Pelosi for waking the sleeping sheeple to their outright communist desires. Nothing could have been better for the nation at this time.
Amen and Amen... we will win this because America is awakening. Have faith and stay involved!
