She's half of Rush Limbaugh's age; but don't worry, she's still plenty legal. He's 59. And this weekend the nation's most notorious blowhard will be marrying Kathryn Rogers, 33, at his Palm Beach mansion in what he insisted should be a private, intimate ceremony.

I thought taking two weeks off to get a new dog was a little “suspicious”.
Congratulations El Rushbo!!!

Their ratio is better than the one between Kookcinich and his wife.

Does the title bother anybody else? Specifically that omits he wants the intimate time with the young lady so he can MARRY her!

Well...good for Rush..I guess. I think it's great
that successful guys can nab younger women. Wish I
were so lucky. But that picture bothers me. He's
enthused with the kiss and she..... she's only interested
in the camera. If I were Rush...I’d be very worried.

He just wanted to play records, hated college and quit and that is why HE was the one they always worried about.

He was fired 6 times, once for nothing more than using the word, "therefore". No one really gave him a chance, and he had the extra pressure of coming from a family full of successful ultra-insiders who'd all gone to college --graduate school and beyond.

When he got the break at KFBK he was so poor that he couldn't live in AVERAGE Sacramento neighborhoods --he had to live in Rio Linda, near the decrepit, now-closed Air Force Base.

This is the "rich kid", OK?

He had to drive a bashed-up car, and a weekend trip or to to Lake Tahoe, his car nearly overheated numerous times.

He was fat and conservative, and at media establishments that means it's really cool to tease such a person. Only Stan Atkinson and a few others were nice to him --the others ignored him, or more commmonly, MOCKED him openly in order to show-off to others.

And through this all Rush kept his spirits up as always, and soldiered dutifully on.

One time a lib local caller got so angry that he showed up at the station with a large butcher knife, and made it inside the station --an experience so scary they had to install a new, reinforced door.

Remember Rush to Excellence?

That started because even after his growing popularity his salary was still low --he had to put in weekend time doing those appearances because (to put it politely) he wasn't rich.

Ditto...good for them! I am happy with Rush that he didn’t give up on LOVE!

Best Wishes to Rush & Kathryn!

His divorce settlements must have been pretty good. I have never seen or heard of any of his X-s dissing him on Larry King.

You are right about that. The settlements must have been good.

I’ll give a pass to the first divorce, just shows you made a rookie mistake. But after the second one, you really shouldn’t get married again since you clearly have no concept of what “til death do we part” means.

I say she'll be filing within three years.

I think you are probably right about that. But as someone pointed out on this thread, Rush's wives don't talk after the divorce. He must treat them well (as in $$$).

She would still be interested in him if he were a greeter at Walmart.

And he would still be interested in her if she was his age, with mousy brown hair and glasses!

Some people like to jump out of airplanes, others try base jumping. The real daredevils like to marry pneumatic blonds.

I for one think that is the most dangerous sport know to mankind. This one looks real dangerous.

I do wish him health and happiness.
