Just to clarify, I was speaking about extradition with the Netherlands. I'm not entirely familiar with our extradition treaty with Peru. I know we have one, but I believe it's fairly young. Extradition with SA countries tends to be a nightmare.
And, it's the DOJ, specifically the DOJ's Criminal Division's Office of International Affairs, that effects extradition from foreign countries, not the FBI, per se. This is the division that prepares the paperwork, submits the formal request and request provisional arrest for the suspect, if warranted.
Again, this is why Holder's fingerprints are all over this. While there are a lot of career DOJ lawyers in these offices, it's a political appointee that runs them. This is Obama's problem, all the way.

Thanks SO much for the explanation, I didn’t know whether the State Dept. or the Justice Dept. was in charge of this, I simply was certain that it wasn’t the FBI agents in Birmingham, Alabama.....
Thanks for your replies and for the links. Appreciate it!!

Check out the news video at El C.
The hotel hallway camera is literally in front of Joran’s hotel room. They got him and the girl walking into the room, then him in a change of clothes walking out.
Crystal clear.
Just saw it on FNC....
Thanks again!!
World is sure fast today
Here,
is the video, technically an El Comercio videotaping of the interior ministry showing the hotel video on a screen.
Mucho grazias.
I mean, honestly—how hard is it to just not kill people? I hope he has a long, miserable life in a Peruvian jail where his guards and fellow inmates will teach him exactly how unspecial he truly is.
Trial by three judge panel, no juries.
Regarding fair trial, I see another article, like this one, insinuating the presentations might not be fair, and the Interior Ministry insisting he will be treated fairly.
Still, that perp walk was some show!
The dutch monster beat the Peruvian girl with a baseball bat so hard, one of her eyeballs came out. He is toast.
But when she asked him to repeat it to her audience, he said he didn't want to discuss it.
I have not seen any other report mentioning the missing eye, so it is possible that she misunderstood what Stephany's brother was saying.
Did they read him his Miranda rights? Oh, I forgot. Miranda is already in a Peruvian jail.
Oh geez, Nancy Grace.
Just a day ago or so I prayed for Peru not to be plagued by her. But her demon powers are too strong!
All I read was that the girl was fully clothed, face down on the floor, broken neck, and there was a sheet with some blood somewhere.
Her body was pulverized. Close-casket funeral.
