Original title:
MSNBC’s Matthews Roots for Birther Candidate Taitz to ‘Bring Down’ California GOP, ‘Tie Her Up Like a Witch at the Stake'

Appearing on the 10:00 p.m. edition of MSNBC’s Countdown show on Tuesday to discuss the day’s primary election results, Chris Matthews expressed his delight that Orly Taitz – a prominent member of the birther movement that pushes the bizarre theory that President Obama was not really born in America – won the Republican nomination for secretary of state in California, and expressed his hope that the fringe candidate would drag down the Republican ticket in the state. Matthews celebrated what he termed a "malignancy" within the Republican party as he openly rooted for Taitz to hurt the GOP:

Keith, we`ve got good news tonight. And that`s the probable nomination of Orly Taitz in California for secretary of state. This is a true malignancy on the Republican party. She will bring down the other two candidates for high office out there. She`ll probably bring down Carly Fiorina, and may well bring down Meg Whitman because she is unacceptable to any reasonable voter.

Orly Taitz 372,490 25.7%

Well! Good for her! At least 372,490 people in California are “cranky” enough to demand that our president be a natural born citizen. Gee! How quaint!

I hope someone shoves that up Ann Coulter’s nose. 372,490 people are few more than are found in any KKK parade that Ann used as and example to discredit the birthers.

actually, her bizarre theory is that she has no proof of any kind whether or not 0bama was born in the US.

yup... sounds really bizarre.. she must be whack-a-do for expecting a person to present Constitutionally mandated proof of natural born status, which in 0bama’s case means producing at least the long form birth certificate.

of course, her bizarre theories are the exact same bizarre theories as abc, nbc, cbs, cnn, msnbc, etc ... when they demanded the same proof from mccain. they received it within a couple of weeks of requesting it.

when the bizarre request was made of 0bama, first by philip berg a hillary attorney, 0bama base stalled and criticized, through 3rd party, any such requests. to date, trying to get to the bottom of such a bizarre theory has cost 0bama over $2m... when he could resolve it with a $10 request for the long form.

yup... she is just whack-a-do bizarre for asking for such a thing.

The truth of this election is that RINOs Abel Maldonado and Arnold Schwarzenegger have brought down the CAGOP (as well as third party options), with the passage of Proposition 14 being the final deathblow.

Post 2010, say hello to statewide and many local elections with two Democrats on the November ballot (or at "best" a Democrat and Republicrat) with no alternatives.

Orly Taitz 372,490 25.7%

If they normalized the votes by how much each candidate spent, Orly was by and far the clear winner.

Actually, she lost.

By a considerable margin. Poor Chrissy. Wrong again.

Good for her and those who voted for her. That's 372,490 votes that Damon Dunn is going to need if he is to win in November. Now what is he going to say and do to try to get them???

Far worse is that Obama has spent taxpayer dollars to hide his origins! He **WASTED** the Department of Justice resources and U.S. attorney time to hide common documents that unanointed Americans release routinely!

Obama distracted U.S. attorneys from their important job of getting the bad guys. He sent them to various states and courts in an effort to suppress common information about his background. He did this at a time when:

**plots were being laid to BLOW UP TIMES SQUARE!
**plots were being laid to BLOW PLANES OUT OF THE SKY OVER DETROIT!
**plots were being laid to BLOW UP A PITTSBURGH MARATHON!
**plots were being laid to KILL OUR SOLDIERS on their bases and recruitment centers.

A **real** American would be HONORED to promptly prove with the very best evidence that he was a natural born citizen.

A FOREIGN USURPER uses taxpayer money and U.S. attorney time to hide the truth!

( Yeah! I am shouting, jumping up and down, and having a fit!)

Here’s what a Ronald Reagan appointed Federal Judge had to say about Ms. Taitz:
“This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Constitution. See U.S. CONST. art. II, § 1. This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.”—Chief US District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth in dismissing the Quo Warranto claim in “Taitz v Obama”—April 14, 2010
