MYFOXNY.COM - Things got heated at a community meeting on Staten Island where representatives from an Islamic group answered tough questions about their pending purchase of a former convent. When one man began shouting down another, the meeting's organizers shut down the event, the Staten Island Advance reported.

The Archdiocese of New York has struck a deal to sell an unused property in the Midland Beach section of the borough to the Muslim American Society, which intends to turn it into a mosque and community center.

I just love it how they tack on “community center” to every Mosque. I guess it’s supposed to be more palatable that way?!?

Meanwhile, Jews are being questioned about the Liberal morons within their religious faith. I would say other religions in this country need to re-evaluate the Liberals within their faith too especially when they’re selling property to Muslims for a mosque.

How about being civil to the people whose families died there at the hands of the mohamedans.

Are they so blind to not understand that to the mohamedans building a mosque there is only a sign that they triumphed in taking down those towers?

Keep bowing to them and being civil and you might find yourself bowing to mecca every time you pray. After all you don’t want to scorn them since you have been scorned in the past.
You might try to understand that once you bow down to them and say their prayer that they now consider you one of them.

Do you know whatever happened to the guy that tossed his baby daughter over some bridge into freezing water and then went to his ‘imam’s’ house? I understand the 2 of them later went to another guy’s house, who called the police. IIRC, the baby was never found.

In this context, Dolan seems naïve. All invaders can be labeled “newcomers”.
He should have skimmed over the 1400 year history of this “newcomer” before he rolled out the red carpet.
The Muslims who will worship in this mosque will include those who celebrated American deaths on 9/11.
