When’s the last time a journalist referred to Barack Obama as a former “small-time agitator?” That’s exactly how the Washington Post described Republican Nikki Haley in a profile piece on Saturday. A headline for the article by political reporter Philip Rucker critiqued, “Nikki Haley goes from small-time agitator to credible candidate for S.C. governor.”

And the Democratic candidate is credible?
This woman has already been through a lot I can only imagine, as a Conservative, minority, woman what will happen to her after she becomes a Governor.
Honestly, I would have expected a WaPo profile to be even worse.
Teh same people who have driven Newsweek into bankruptcy will do the Post in to. And I say, good riddance to bad trash.
I wish I had read this before I put the ‘Haley for Governor’ sign in my yard.

Certainly, if a former 'small-time agitator' can be President of the United States, then Nikki Haley can be Governor of South Carolina.

Nikki Haley is great. I don’t believe a word of the allegations against her. But calling her a “small-time agitator” is really small stuff. I don’t think it was a deliberate slam. It”s just a symptom of a disease: they never would have said that about a Democrat.
That is what I meant by starting big!
Yes and she was once heard saying “macca” as well!
