It was hard not to use "Political Humor/Cartoons" as a topic for this article.

This fiasco just gets better and better.

Hey SC, I see you got those voting machines fine tuned for November. Maybe you should look THERE first!

I'll tell you exactly what happened: A large portion of Republicans switched over to Democrat for the primary specifically to get Mr. Greene nominated.

Democrats do this all the time, but it's OK when they do it.

They are trying to figure a way to blame it on George Bush.

Sit back and enjoy the show as the "Democrat" party conspires to defraud the people of their democratically selected candidate.

This one is going to stink, real bad, before they finish off Mr. Greene.

It doesn’t make sense for the republicans to waste time screwing with democrats in this race. The democrats weren’t going to win anyway.

I do wonder if Greene wasn’t a shot across the bow of the democrats fired by the ACORN/SEIU crowd.

Vic Rawl, who was the presumptive Democratic nominee in South Carolina’s U.S. Senate race until his upset loss this week to unemployed military veteran Alvin Greene, is now calling for an investigation into the results.

Dangling chads, anyone ???

This is hilarious. The Dem elite now think they’re being scammed by who they consider to be the Dem riffraff. LOL!

A couple of confused “rats” running around not paying any attention to the 800 Pound Gorilla in the room named Jim DeMint. Who cares what they think, do, investigate, payoff, bribe or pray to? Amusing if you like watching animal behavior, I suppose.

I love how they have to ignore the elephant (donkey?) in the room.

Alvin Greene is black. Black Democratic voters are more likely to vote for the black candidate if they don’t know much about any of the candidates otherwise, because he’s “their” candidate. It’s simple. If Rawl has lousy name recognition and isn’t well known among black voters, they’re going to vote for Greene. It’s not rocket surgery.

Because of the hotly-contested gubernatorial primary, I really doubt there were a whole lot of Republican crossover votes. Maybe this guy’s a plant? I doubt it, though.

This is all so mind-numbingly stupid.

So the Republicans, who were going to keep this seat in a landslide anyway, tampered to get this guy the nomination... how? How exactly did the Republicans convince 100,000 Democratic primary voters to vote for him when he did exactly zero campaigning?

Even if some Republican put up the filing fee for Greene, there’s no way to steal the nomination for him, short of massive, state-wide ballot tampering. Got any proof of that? I doubt it. And in all of these black precincts? I double doubt it.

And there’s no way that significant numbers of Republicans crossed over to throw the primary to this guy. Republicans didn’t know about Greene any more than the Democrats did, unless again, there was some absolutely ridiculous-in-size state-wide conspiracy going on.

Republicans were all voting in their hot gubernatorial primary. There’s no way in hell a significant number gave that up just to throw a primary that doesn’t need to be thrown.

The obvious fact is that, like every single black electorate in America, this black electorate voted for who they thought was probably the black candidate. And Vic Rawl assumed he would win because the establishment was behind him, and thus didn’t do enough campaigning to overcome that fact.

This guy(Greene)is broke, can you tell me how a person without a large org behind them could possibly affect elections, especially the absentee vote? The dimwits are simply pi**ed that their guy didn’t win.

I wonder what position Greene had on the ballot. Could be he was above Rawl, giving him an advantage over Rawl among those who didn’t recognize either name.

What happened to “he won get over it”? I dare Al Green to show the world his long form birth certificate showing he is over 30 years old and an American Citizen thus eligible unlike Obie.
