Here is shocking video of North Carolina Democrat Rep. Bob Etheridge being asked by some students on a public sidewalk in Washington, D.C. if he supports the “Obama Agenda.” Once he realized the students were asking him that question, he went bonkers. Etheridge hit their camera and then grabbed one of the students by the arm as he repeated over and over “Who are you, Who are you? Tell me who you are?” The students identified themselves as such, but Etheridge persisted. At one point he then grabbed the student whose arm he had been holding onto and pulled himself up beside himself with his arm wrapped around the student. The student repeatedly asked the Congressman to “let go of my arm.”
There is no scenario under which this kind of behavior is acceptable. Etheridge represents the 2nd District in North Carolina, and faces a tough re-election battle. This video ought to seal his defeat. It’s time for voters to say to Etheridge, “Who are you” to treat people like this?

I have no problem with him asking “who are you?”. The physical stuff is inexcusable.
It appears that he had been drinking beforehand. Either way its going to make a great ad for his opponent.
That asshat is drunk as a skunk, and should be arrested for assault, and probably sued.
It must have been at least 9 A.M., then.
Well, who could blame the congressman for taking defensive actions when he was ambushed by a citizen asking him a question regarding a dangerous individual to our country?
Final note — there’s been a lot of corruption in the DNC in NC lately. Capping it was the Duke LaCross witch hunt. North Carolinians are very skeptical about democrats right now. Then there’s that South Carolina goon — Alvin Greene, not very far from NC.
It will be on Olberman and Maddow will dig up dirt on the kids and find out that their mothers or fathers attended Tea Party events.
You know Hannity and O’Reilly will have the kids on to tell their side of the story.
CQ considers this seat Safe D for this cycle. Etheridge is in his 7th term and won his last election with 67% of the vote.
Before Dems will give up this seat, Etheridge will find some reason to resign and be replaced with someone who is sane.

You have a duty not just to post this, but please follow-through with this and update us FREEPERS on the progress of getting this viral, getting Etheridge arrested, etc.
This cannot be allowed to just shock us and then go away. I’ve said it many times unless we follow-through we’re just felling trees in the woods that don’t make a sound.

They thought Ted Kennedy's seat was safe too! Never in their wildest imagination could a Republican win that seat - but one did! I'd love to see Sara endorse Renee (his opponent) and post a Facebook entry about this.
Rats all across the country are too cowardly to hold town hall meetings. As a result, they can expect to be confronted by angry constituents at every turn. The ones in safe districts probably won’t even bother going out to any public appearances where they have the potential of being confronted.
Gee, I just want to know the answer to the question ... “DOES he support the Obama agenda?”
First step is to call for his removal from the Ways and Means Committee.

A hope this is a good year for NC. GOP has yet to brake through and become the real majority party there.
Dems will have to have it on their shows. But they will discredit the kids instead of condemning Etheridge.
