PHOENIX (AP) -- An increase in smuggling violence at the Sonoran Desert National Monument about 80 miles south of Phoenix has prompted a stronger warning to visitors about drug and immigrant traffickers passing through the public lands, officials said Tuesday.

The monument and three other federal lands in Arizona already have signs warning visitors that they may encounter smugglers. But 11 new signs have recently been erected...

Those signs will fix the problem so it never happens again.

A monument to the duplicity and feclessness of Obama. Signs should be in Spanish and state a warning that the monument lands are filled with armed American citizens who are fed up with wetbacks trashing their country.

Now you have good people here who have homes and lives for 20 years suddenly having to face a law they came to expect would never be enforced. They do not have a ‘home’ in Mexico any more.

They are not good people, they are criminals. That they have no home in Mexico is not our problem.

Please contact the Sierra Club about this and also the closing of the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge due to smuggling activity. There are numerous endangered species in the Buenos Aires.

After 20 years there would have been at least two amnesties offered. They could have become citizens yet they chose not to. "F"'em!

Buy a Saiga 12 with 4 12 rnd. mags, and two BAR .300 mag rifles with good scopes. Add in some perimeter warning devices, and you can have a relatively safe vacation.

Remember, as you hike, to contemplate:
1. “Embrace Diversity!”
2. “Diversity Is Our Strength!”

Obama will be soooo pleased.

John Taliaferro Thompson had the solution in 1921. Although I might be persuaded not to fire on southbound Mexicans.

Oh! the sweet, sweet sound of the FREEDOM machine. The state of Arizona needs about 1000 operational personnel with appropriate support personnel armed in similar fashion. Unleash that group and in 30 days the border problem would be solved in that district.
