No, they are easy. The economy sucks and the $8000 tax credit expired on April 30. I was lucky and sold my house to a person taking advantage of the tax credit.

With apologies to Nat King Cole:

Unexpectable, that’s what you are
Unexpectable though near or far
Obamanomics will elude me

Sure they are easy, but every time you turn around Obie is calling all our problems “complicated” inferring that we the people can't grasp the brilliance of his “solutions”.

Unexpectedly

Hasn't that word exceeded it "sell by date". It's looking rather rank and moldy to me.

Why are ALL economic announcements from this regime “UNEXPECTED”? Could it be that they are totally incompetent when it comes to forecasting and economic matters?

unexpectedly:

(1) surprisingly, out of the blue, quickly, startlingly, suddenly, unusually, by chance, accidentally, by coincidence, circumstantially, fortuitously, in an unexpected way, unawares

(2) a word used to describe the fact that economists are drooling morons who would be better off picking predictions out of their prodigious posteriors.
