Why does Mexico get to ask our courts to do such a thing?

Arizona ought to counter-sue Mexico for all the expenses associated with the illegal aliens.

MY guess is: Mexico does not want these people either. They are poor and a drag/threat to Mexico. Too bad the US govt does not come to the same conclusion.

And Mexico treats its illegal immigrants any better? “In border, we are asking, ‘Who are you?’” as President Calderon said on CNN

Okay, let’s try the same thing in a Mexican court regarding their immigration law and see how that works.

Yup, and also something like Aiding and Abetting the invasion of a sovereign nation.

You don’t need standing to file an amicus brief (I’m not a lawyer).

Mexico defending its citizens rights?
Apparently Mexico thinks their citizens have a “right” to come here illegally, gain illegal employment, and be free from any sort of State activity to determine that they are here illegally.

If they want to defend their citizens right, then they should move their citizens back to their own country. Our law just allows US to move them back to their country.
They keep this up and they are going to become the most hated people in this country. Already you see the effects, nobody with two brain cells will hire them and now people are walking into a business and if they hear "spanish" being spoken will turn around and walk right back out.

The thought of the Federal government and a foreign nation combining against the State of Arizona should be a call to arms to every red blooded American to defend her with our lives , our fortunes , and our sacred honor .
But it is so hot there , and I was never comfortable with their flag , kinda japanish , considering The USS Arizona at Pearl Harbor and all ./sarc

Will some smart FReeper lawyer please explain HOW the country of Mexico has standing in this? Well, by disallowing the American people the standing necessary to require the president to establish his natural born status, a giant, negative sucking void was imploded into the time/space continuum which created an intense pressure that needed to be filled by a huge, counterbalancing positive violation of American constitutional jurisprudence that only something the size of, say, Mexico could fill.
So, like, we should be thankful for their help in positively raping our law, to protect us from the destruction Obama's negative rape would otherwise inflict on us.
Yeah, that's it.

Of course American CITIZENS are NOT permitted to make certain Hussein is actually allowed to be president. But Mexico suing a STATE in US court...why that’s just FINE!!!!
