A blockbuster new video report by Tony Pipitone, a WKMG reporter in Orlando, Fla., on Thursday night exposes financial links between Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) and funding for the Florida Tea Party political party and ads for their candidates -- including the opposition candidate in his own race.

Grayson is widely suspected of using his personal fortune to back Peg Dumire -- his Tea Party candidate opponent -- as a means to pull conservative votes away from a Republican opponent in November. Pipitone’s new video report ties several Tea Party candidates to Grayson, including one candidate, Raul Rodriquez, who listed himself as treasurer of ‘Friends to Re-elect Alan Grayson’ and “Friends of Alan Grayson’ when purchasing Grayson radio ads on WORL radio.

A prior report by Pipitone exposed $27,898 paid by Grayson to political consultant Doug Guetzloe, the man who helped form the Florida Tea Party as a political party.

"A Local 6 investigation has found Grayson’s campaign spent $19,898 with Public Opinion Strategies Inc., a company formed by Victoria Torres, a Florida Tea Party candidate for a state House of Representatives seat in Pinellas County. Torres has said she created the company in December 2008 with the help of the Florida Tea Party’s

Not a bad idea for a lunatic.

I have a feeling that even the RATmedia in Orlando is getting fed up with Grayson’s antics.

Is this a case of phony “Tea Party” candidates who are just stalking horses for Dems?

I believe some democrats across the country are hijacking the TEA Party name to confuse people and to stir up trouble.

This is not new....word has been going around for several weeks about Grayson’s “Tea Party”. There is questionable behavior from both parties here.

If 33% vote for T and 33% vote for R, then D only needs 34% to win.

Those of us who’ve been involved in Fla politics, specially with the Tea Parties in the Orlando area have known the registered Tea Party was nothing but a front for Progressives and figured Grayson was backing it.

The Orlando Sentinel has for years now been writing investigative reports on O’Neil and Guetzloe; the two founders (and scumbags) who registered the Tea Party. Before this video came out there was 2 degrees of separation from Grayson and these two and their candidates, now the link it fully substantiated.

If Grayson’s money can’t buy him his seat this election, he’s going to make sure a progressive candidate masquerading as a conservative splits the vote.

I hope this video puts an end to his plans.

That sounds like a violation of the law. If so, Grayson needs to be booted from office by his peers. Thanks Bad~Rodeo for this additional topic.

You believe it? Read this article. This is PROOF that they are funding Tea Party candidates in order to pull votes away from the conservative Republicans.

During the 1970’s, this was known as Dirty Tricks and was very frowned upon.

It’s OK, a Democrat is doing it, that’s perfectly fine. Only Republicans can’t do that.

He hates the Tea Party movement. What he’s doing is running shills... trying to undermine conservatives...

No, not Tea Party candidates not that way you’re thinking.

Last year two registered Democrats who admit they had never even been to a Tea Party registered to have on the Florida ballot a Tea Party to go along with Donk’s, Indies etc.

These two headed by a guy named John O’Neil have been involved in all kinds of corruption down here, including paying a bribe to the Orlando Magic to the tune of 200K.

None of their candidates or candidates they support had ever been heard of even through the smallest of groups selling hot dogs at Tea Parties. A bit of checking outed a few of them as Democrats or even working for Dems which is why so many of us though this was all funded by Grayson (and that O’Neil and Guetzole, his partner, are both from Orlando).

While Tea Party group were busying themselves with activism these two scumbags were registering the Tea Party name to make sure Grayson would slither back to DC.

I’m sure Grayson will complain these is all the doings of those evil Tea Baggers but this time we’ve got him dead to rights and thankfully the media in Orlando for the most part is not covering for him anymore.

And just who in the House is going to get up and demand that he be booted, thus subjecting him or her self to ridicule and threats?

I don’t see anyone rushing to be first in line.
