J. Christian Adams was proud to be a Department of Justice attorney. He believed he was serving his country by prosecuting those who wished harm on others. He strongly believed in what he did. To this DoJ official, his profession wasnt a job but a calling.
Until earlier this month when he suddenly resigned. The reason? His superiors told him to drop a case against the New Black Panther Party, even though the case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career.
Reading Adams account of what happened, I can only conclude that little has changed since the days in which our own Editor-in-Chief David Horowitz became disgusted with the Left because it actively covered up the many (horrendous) crimes committed by the racist gangsters of the Black Panther Party.
Back to Adams case against the Panthers. Heres what happened back in 2008:
On the day President Obama was elected, armed men wearing the black berets and jackboots of the New Black Panther Party were stationed at the entrance to a polling place in Philadelphia. They brandished a weapon and intimidated voters and poll watchers.
It goes without saying that such behavior is illegal. Thats why the Department of Justice brought a case against the Black Panthers and those armed thugs after the election. Adams explains that he and other Justice attorneys diligently pursued the case and obtained an entry of default after the defendants ignored the charges. As said, all seemed to be going well, until their superiors suddenly ordered them to dismiss the case.

Gawd forbid had these been white Tea Party members.
The official dropping of the case happened only this month? From news reports early this year it sounded like that happened much earlier.
bttt
“Gawd forbid had these been white Tea Party members.”
Or a couple of white kids filming ACORN corruption.
Racism!
Or a couple of white kids filming Senatorial abdication of duty. Aka Landrieu sabotaged her own phone lines to avoid representing her constituency.
I’m starting to thing that in the real world Mordor has been victorious. God help the decent Americans who remain.
It’s time to get these people out of our government. Some probably need to be in jail themselves.
When these people are gone; they should be held accountable.
An attorney with integrity. He resigned when confronted with corruption. Too bad he can’t indict those who told him not to prosecute this case. DOJ criminals spawned by the corrupt Obama Admin.
When America is restored to its greatness, this needs to come back for justice to prevail.
Not Mordor, Isengard mayhap. Isengard by men can be defeated but we have no Frodo and Sam to defeat the Evil One. The great news is that the ring remains hidden.
This just shows how foolish Holder and crew are. If they refuse to prosecute, when they are gone, whoever replaces them can go ahead full speed and send those Panthers “to hell across lots”.
What they should have done to kill it was to put it before a weakling federal judge, with little effort, convict and fine them $5 each. This would prevent any future prosecution.
This puts Little Lord Fauntleroy squarely into the mold of Adolph Hitler, jackboots and all.

Of course Obama’s Department of Justice won’t prosecute.
There was only solid photographic evidence of this outrage.
Obama can’t have this crime get publicity beyond FOX news.

SEAN HANNITY: But Reverend Jeremiah Wright is not backing down and has not for years and in his strong stance on the teaching of black liberation theology is nothing new. He had the same things to say last spring when he appeared on "Hannity & Colmes:"
WRIGHT: If you're not going to talk about theology in context, if you're not going to talk about liberation theology that came out of the '60s, systematized black liberation theology that started with Jim Cone in 1968 and the writings of Cone and the writings of Dwight Hopkins and the writings of womynist theologians and Asian theologians and Hispanic theologians, then you can't talk about the black value system.
HANNITY: But I'm a reverend
WRIGHT: Do you know liberation theology, sir?
