She had already been to the tailor to have her robe measured.

SCOTUS is going to lose all credibility once Lindsey Graham and the boys put this crazy hippy broad on the bench. What the heck, most Americans don’t have any respect for the office of the President and they sure don’t respect Congress. A “hat trick” will just about clinch it. The whole government sucks.

Frankly, I don’t much need to know her past, though it certainly amplifies my view that she is bizarrely unqualified to sit on the SCOTUS.

Tom Coburn asked her a great question today: Whether the US gov’t has the right to tell people what to eat. And she not only totally evaded the question, she expressed an openness to such a law.

Why isn’t she in a communist country? Oh, I forget; she couldn’t make it in one as she would be just like the rest of the downtrodden with no special appeal.

I have often wondered why those in the US who profess a love of communisum or socialism won’t go live in a country that actually practices it. Because they couldn’t make it and would have to live the evil part of that life. They are to cowardly too.

According to Coffin, Kagan worked to alter the ACOG statement’s language so that it would provide stronger cover for opposing a federal PBA ban.

More Kagan here. http://volokh.com/
