In a speech at American University, he plans to make the case for providing a path to legal status for the estimated 11 million people who live in the U.S. illegally

here is the ONLY 'case' that ever need be made: we and all the 'illegals' follow the LAW starting yesterday! If you are here illegally, you return promptly to wherever it is that you hail from...... if you want to then apply to follow LEGAL procedures like anyone else you may do so.... there is NO reasonable or moral basis for providing ANY kind of "path to legal status" for people who are in this country illegally. Period. Simple. What is there to lie, cheat, and temporize over now?

Actually, this is more of an admission that Cap n' Tax is dead for the year. The conventional wisdom was that there might be time for either immigration or Cap n' Tax this year,(I don't think there is time for either personally, Congress has to much unfinished business and is in recess the entire month of August.)

The administration made the decision back in May to pursue Cap n' Tax. With Grahmnesty abandoning the effort and Byrd passing away (he was a yes vote, that the anti Cap n' Tax WV Governor will almost certainly replace with a no vote). The chances for Cap n' Tax just went from slim to none, hence the quick switcharoo to Amnesty in an attempt to accomplish something before the election season that will get the liberal base fired up.

Here’s what I see happening. Obama is the Marxists’ attempt to take over the country. 40 years of planning has culminated in this Gambit. While we may have elections in November, there will be massive, obvious vote fraud. The Democrats, RINOs and the MSM have exposed themselves as criminals. They can’t allow the Marxists to fail in November because they will never, ever have this opportunity again. The People know that there is a criminal cabal attempting to take over the country.and will reject it. The Dims willsteal the 2010 elections, and that will be the last election in the US. They’ve exposed themselves. There will be a revolt. Whether or not the military steps in, who knows.

Doesn`t a pardon apply to individuals only and how does forgiving their criminal entry into the US give them automatic citizenship? If the rats tried that we`d crush them in November, after wards we could not only easily override any veto's but also make it a felony to be an “undocumented person” and a felony to hire one. After we start impeachment proceedings, we can also begin a thorough investigation of the entire rat infested bureaucracy.
