EPA rejects Texas program that reduced emissions, increased productivity

Why is it one question keeps recurring whenever EPA announces a decision: What is wrong with these people? The latest such example concerns the agency's rejection of a Texas air quality program that slashed emissions in the Lone Star state while encouraging increased workplace productivity.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality had requested EPA permission to proceed with a flexible permits program covering 122 petroleum processing facilities that had been covered under a trial effort. Air quality in Texas has dramatically improved under TCEQ leadership and EPA approval of its application would have extended the successful program permanently.

The EPA was a worthless government agency BEFORE Jack Squat Barry and his socialist/communist/Maoist radicals took control of it and the EPA will continue to be a worthless mechanism while controlled by these radicals. bet.

I heard a report on the news (in Texas) the other day that said that even the desert counties of West Texas fail to meet EPA standards—and there is NOTHING in that area.

The EPA (and too much of the government) has been taken over by ideologues.

Let’s see, ignore major flooding in Tennessee, attack Arizona for defending it’s borders and ignore requests for help, make sure Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama DON’T get the help they’ve requested for the oil spill so businesses and people suffer, and now Texas..... what do these states have in common? hmmmm...what could be a good reason?.....could it be they made lord of the A$$ clowns see “red”?...

The federal agencies are proof of fascism in this country. Of all the agencies that need to be abolished (Most of ‘em), the EPA is the biggest and most glaring example.

Defund it, fire the government workers and “experts”, close the doors- forever.

Seriously as each day goes by while this person is in the WH the Gulf is being destroyed. Where is the outrage.
Are people THAT afraid of being called a racist, that they sit by and let this person do NOTHING to stop the destruction.

Is SEIU running the clean up. I’m hearing stories that they only work 10 minutes out odf an hour.
Can you imagine if the transconteniental railroad was built at this speed. Or the National Highway System.

The EPA is a criminal syndicate staffed by fascist criminals. Everyone at the EPA, including the janitor, the bugs on the windows and the fleas in the carpet, need to be indicted for treason, found guilty and hanged. Same treatment for the lawyers, politcians and engineering firms that support the fascist EPA.

I keep wondering when the outrage will reach a boiling point at a national level, what is happening in the gulf is a total disgrace, and the total complacency of the ministry of propaganda(msm) is sickening. The way they are carrying oboingo is insane.... I know they have always been biased, but to allow him a pass on things like Arizona and the gulf... I really feel like we’re screaming the train is going off the tracks but no sound is coming out.
