Rick Barber, the alll-American, Tea Party supported, U.S. Marine Corps veteran running for the 2nd District seat from Alabama in th US House has joined:

And taken the oath to support the 12 conservative, fundamental constitutional principles there.
He has forced a primary runoff on July 13 against the current GOP holder of the seat, RINO, Martha Roby.

The effort, though still small at close to 1000 members is producing amazing results. Look at the candidate list of those willing to swear, upfront to support those 12 principles (read them) and do all in heir power m5o inact them in law if elected.

One important thing , IMO, that needs to be stressed in ‘12 and ‘10, is for Republicans to clearly state a mission to go back to a free market solution to jobs, make our nation business friendly again, and return our manufacturing base to our shores!

I believe both 10 & 12 do that. Ten is very clear about the Free Market, and twelve emphasizes people being self-reliant and working for what they get instead of taking welfare. The Free Market is the place they can do that, not Obama’s Marxist command economy where the government runs everything.

Please indicate where in the Constitution the “right to life” is described—which article and section or amendment. Thank you.
There is no such thing as a “right to have.” All rights pertain to action, that is, doing. One has a right to pursue happiness and to enjoy it if they achieve it, there is no right to “have” happiness. There is no right to “have” property, only a right to acquire and keep property one has earned, there is no right to “have” life, only a right to live without the interference of any others in your life, but no one has a right to enslave others to keep them alive. There can be no conflict in rights. No one has any right to anything that requires the abregation of anyone else’s rights.
The Declaration makes plain that the right to life is paramount.
The constitution codified that principle into law in the 5th amendment, “No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.”
I believe the intent of the founders was clear that “innocent life” as our statement indicates is a God-given right.
