(07-08) 23:33 PDT OAKLAND -- There was outrage, there was looting and there were skirmishes between police and protesters, but that wasn't the whole story of how Oakland reacted to the Johannes Mehserle verdict.

They smashed windows of shops including the trendy Ozumo restaurant, and one building was spray painted with the words,
"Say no to work. Say yes to looting."
A boutique called Spoiled was spared. It had a sign outside and pictures of Oscar Grant with the words,
"Do not destroy. Black owned. Black owned."
JJ Fryzel, an Oakland artist who just moved into a gallery called Show And Tell Art on Thursday, said a group of looters threw rocks through her window.
"They were throwing rocks at me," Fryzel said. "I was standing right there. I said, 'Oh s-, spare me.' ... They have no idea what they are doing. No clue."
Outside, the windshield of Fryzel's Mazda four-door sedan was shattered and the side view mirrors were knocked off.

Officials said the main instigators appeared to be organized "anarchist" agitators wearing black clothing and hoods. Many of the most aggressive demonstrators smashing the windows of banks and shops were white.

Tony Coleman, a community organizer with New Years Movement 4 Justice for Oscar Grant - the black man shot Jan. 1, 2009, by then-BART police Officer Mehserle, who is white - was one of the first speakers at the podium as hundreds gathered at 14th Street and Broadway.
"I'm angry as hell, but he was found guilty of something," he said into a microphone. Then, referring to calls for federal civil rights officials to look further into the Mehserle matter, he added: "It ain't over yet."

These anarchists are the same ones who attended G8 and G20 events.
The main group of rioters were the Anarchists, about 50 of them, supported by SEIU Union thugs. Mostly white. (SEIU Headquarters is two blocks from the main ‘riot’ area, 14th and Broadway)
The BLACK MAYOR of OAKLAND, and the BLACK COMMUNITY had promised peaceful protests. They did so. They also left when police asked them to.
The CHIEF OF POLICE promised not to have his troops ‘overreact’. They did not. The CHIEF knew the anarchists were planing to be there, and he countered their tactics. One of their tactics is to light the fuse and get the cops to overreact, start gassing everyone, shooting innocent protesters. The anarchists were setting fires in places they broke into. The anarchists had spies on the rooftop with binoculars and walkie talkies. They had dumpsters set on fire to spread the police ‘thin’.
I saw a lot of ‘white’ people loaded into police vans and police buses.
Ya know, I don’t care what color those people in the riots are. If they riot, round them up, lock them up and throw away the key. Start handing out extremely harsh sentences and maybe they’ll think about it. But, maybe they won’t. I’m beginning to think they don’t have the brains to think about it.
I saw some, admittedly brief footage, but most of the rioters seemed white. Soros boys?
Which make the verdict of GUILTY/INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER seem correct.

I’m in L.A. — MANY of the hispanics look ‘white.’ I would bet anything those rioters were hispanic, not white.
Same group of Anarchists who appeared recently in Canada, at some world government meeting. They go to these events, like G8 and G20 meetings, and cause chaos.
It's how they enjoy throwing away Daddy's money.
I have no doubt the MSM only showed white rioters.

OK, so let’s say they were white anarchists and SEIU thugs — there were plenty of blacks and others around, too. Was this just some excuse for summer ‘fun?’ How could paid SEIU thugs rioting advance Obama’s commie causes? What on earth was the point?

The original crowd was around 800. Many ‘black’ people showed up to hear the announcement of the verdict, and the planned protests.
However, they had little to nothing to do with the group of 300-400 (mixed, but mostly white) SEIU Union thugs that were there, and stayed after the ‘protesters’ were asked to leave by police (at the end of their planned meeting), and the 50 Anarchists in black hoods and black clothing, who were all white, as far as I could tell, and according to the Chief of Police, and to what I saw on LIVE VIDEO while this was happening.
The PROTEST was PLANNED and PEACEFUL.
The CHAOS afterward was also planned, but not by the same people. And it was supported by OBAMA’S BUDDIES in SEIU.
