By the end of this year, I think every inch (literally) of road in Wisconsin will have been repaved, every bridge rebuilt and every curb recemented. Never mind the fact that these aren’t jobs that will last past next year, there are dozens of high donating road builders who will have to donate to Obama in 2012.
