I think the enlightened Commonwealth of Massachusetts has in the past gone out of their way to prosecute or fine Mass citizens who register cars or boats in other states to avoid taxes.
Also, someone wealthy enough to keep identical $5000 bicycles at each of several very expensive homes seems a bit niggardly when seen dodging taxes.
Plus, Kerry has often voted to raise taxes on us. It’s unseemly to be caught dodging them when they are HIS taxes.
