Well they could do what the demons in congress do. Rewrite it and pass it again. But AZ has won in the past in appeals.

I’m confused. What papers do any of us have on us, other than our drivers license?

Why bother with the federal government anymore?

I hope Arizona tells the Feds to go fish and kicks the Illegal aliens out!

What can the Feds do?

Invade Arizona?

Like civil war?

Obama ain’t got the guts for civil war.

Time to call the Obots bluff...

-- How soon can an appeal be filed? --

Immediately. Today, if the papers are ready. It takes a few days, minimum, to get a hearing (e.g., Schiavo and Bush v. Gore moved fast), but a typical expedited appeal takes three months.

The Feds require papers. Can the state ask for the “Federal” papers?

“What about us native-born citizens ? WE will still be required to produce our ID’s, of course.”

Why don’t we stop carrying any form of ID. If stopped decline to answer any question with “no talkity englasie”. Look stupid and worried and claim you are a minority. See how things go from there.

I just figured out how we can get around this. She says illegals have to be turned over to the feds to have their status determined, how about if we turn them over to the federal court in San Francisco. We’ll just drive them over and let them figure it out.

What a bunch of BS. If I am in any other country and encounter law enforcement, I better have my passport on me. At all times. Period.

Susan Bolton is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She joined the court in 2000 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton.

Basically, Bolton scoffed at the DOJ’s arguments in court, but then sided with them in her opinion.

Why even have judges?

....so I guess this means that any US citizen who is stopped by a traffic cop can tell him...I don’t have to show you my license and registration ...or proof of insurance....because a federal judge say’s you have no right to ask me for information as to my legal residency.

Horrible ‘analysis’ on Fox, saying most of the law WILL go into effect, but not making it clear what will be in effect and what won’t. Constant rambling.

“Judge Bolton: “the United States is likely to suffer irreparable harm” without a preliminary injunction”

A message for Bolton:

“Today you judge Arizona.

Tomorrow Arizona will judge you!”
