Conclusion from yesterday's Judge's decision:

FEDERAL LAW PRE-EMPTS STATE LAW IN ALL CASES!

So I guess Cali's emissions laws are unconstitutional?

And the other argument, "Arizona can't have their own immigration law or we have have 50 different immigration laws!!!" Well, RIGHT NOW, we pretty much have 50 DIFFERENT EMMISSION LAWS not to mention all of the different grades of fuel because of all of the different laws.
