I honestly think if people keep digging dirt on her, she will have to resign. She has broken the law several times, from what we know so far, and the record keeps looking dirtier the more we hear. Just don’t think a known criminal/activist/pervert can sit on the bench and everybody keep a straight face.
Kagan and Sotomayor would have to recuse themselves from any decision relating to Zero’s eligibility. Kagan, especially, since, according to World Net Daily today, she was named as a co-defendant in several suits about Zero’s eligibility.
I think one of LBJs Supremes resigned because of corruption. Was it Abe Fortas? I cant remember.
Has anyone examined her private parts to determine if she really female? We may have our first transgendered member of the Supreme Court.
