Photographic Proof That Wolves Do Kill Without Eating Their prey

The pictures you will see below are all taken in the Lolo Elk Management Zone 10 and 12. All that is except for 6 x 8 bull elk, which was taken 30 miles outside Libby, Montana in the Winter of 2008. I added it just to show that the wolves are also attacking and killing healthy adult bull elk for fun, and not for food. All these photos and and more were given to the Idaho Fish and Game officials IFG who refused to act upon the problem. You can bet that this problem is happening in every state that the government has released wolves into.

There are many, many pictures of needlessly killed elk and deer at this site. All killed for fun and left to rot.

I like to hunt, and I have a friend who lives up in Idaho. He told me a few years back I need to check out the hunting in the area where these were all found. Damn man, this sucks.

I think it's time we put a bounty on the wolves. So I don't get a warning from anyone for threats, I'll ju8st say vote them out in November, because it's the same kinds of politicians in power now who allowed this to happen.

Sounds like a reason to go wolf hunting if such things get out of hand.

Wolves, like all predators, including people, end up killing more than they can eat. Those who live in colder climates can kill an elk (more properly a reindeer) and a good deal of the meat will still be there for weeks in winter-time.

I like wolves. I like reindeer. I like seal. You have to campaign for the importation of canned seal meat first, then I might go along with you.

If dogs will do it, wolves will do it. Dogs aren’t as likely to eat what they kill but they recieve regular feeding.

I fail to see why a well fed wolf wouldn’t kill out of instinct just like a dog will.

I want to see photos of wolves laying in their own blood and left to rot!

The heck with wolf kill quotas. Shoot 'em and leave 'em!

There are whackos who actually say that no wolf has ever harmed a human being.

I know coyotes around here will kill several sheep at a time occasionally.

I did however discover that having a llama or two with a herd of sheep is a good thing. A few years back I stopped along the road and watched the DNR kill a coyote that got into a small pasture with a couple of llamas. The llamas seriously injured the coyote.

What's a "DNR"?

Well apparently the Coyote had a DNR order. So after having the crap beat out of him, the rancher had to helplessly watch the Coyote die because of the “Do Not Resuscitate”.

Sad Story.

This elk was killed on ice. Wolves kill and cache meat, particularly in cold weather. This picture is inflammatory.

Wolves on private property should be shot until they learn not to go there. Wolves in wilderness areas should be left alone.

This is just a misunderstanding and watermelons can fix it with the re-education of the wolves.

“Wolves in wilderness areas should be left alone.”

Yeah, and homos only want privacy behind closed doors.

They never should have brought those predators here. Even after a couple of kids get killed, the watermelons will still refuse to admit that it was a bad, bad idea.

Department of Natural Resources. Its what we called the DEQ (Department of Environmental Quality) before they went liberal.
