I believe if you research it, you will find that ALL voters get 6 votes.
For a single candidate?
All voters were given 6 votes. The latinos are expected to give all 6 based on racial/ethnic lines, while whites would be expected to spread their votes amongst the whole field, giving the latino candidate a leg up....a pretty fair bet.
Yes, it sounds fair on the face of it. But it isn’t. The point is that if you want a say in your government, you get your dead *ss down and vote. That’s the way it has been and mainly white voters have been voted into office.
So now the normal amount of voters go down but the unions get the buses out and tell their people who to vote for. Now 100 people vote for the one candidate and the candidate gets 600 votes. This swamps the other candidates who may split the field.
Otherwise, one vote or six, why would you bother to do it? Everyone gets one vote and that is how it should be.

clear violation of one person, one vote.
This judge should be removed by vote or impeachment.
It’s in New York, what can you do?
This is not the way things are supposed to be. This is the way a liberal mind stacks the deck against a responsible, informed electorate in favor of race politics.
To be effective and work to elect the “dis-infranchised”, it relies on the assumption that a latino person will vote for another latino person regardless of any other qualifications.
