When is someone going to come out and say something on behalf of the victims? They are being charged with racism--probably the worst crime one can "commit" in America right now (apparently worse than murder)--with no evidence, no due process, no means of defending themselves. I'm not really buying that excuse; there are way too many laws governing racism in the workplace for this to be a cronic, ongoing problem. Most employers would disown their mothers to keep from getting charged with "racism". That means the Feds could intervene, and there could be multizillion dollar lawsuits, Jesse Jackson would have been there, and obama would have been on his teleprompter talking about this guys "stuipidly acting" managers.
